Congrats on picking up an Oculus Quest III. I'm looking to get one, too.... in the distant future, if all goes well. A big "if"... Anyways, this video reminded me that my parent's still have a Sony 3DTV. I should find a 3D movie for us to watch. Do you have any favorite 3D films to recommend?

I'm just borrowing it for now, still not sure about the room scanning and potential privacy issues. For the "first look" video I will go out to the garage! 3D movies: Terminator 2 3D(there is only a UK version), The Meg 3D(surprisingly good movie, I was expecting less from it), Skyscraper 3D(Also expected it to be horrible and it wasn't), Iron Man 3 3D(One of the best superhero movies I've seen in a while, I don't watch them anymore), Ready Player One 3D(Gamers' must-see, don't know how the rest of your family would feel about it), Tomb Raider 2018 3D(another surprisingly good one), The Mad Magician 3D(I had to include this oldie!), you can find these for rent (except for T2) by searching for 3dblurayrental. Another oldie with great 3D is Creature From the Black Lagoon!

If I buy a Sony HDR-TD20 or TD10 3D Handycam, will I be able to watch 3D footage on a cheap projector straight from the camera's HDMI port?

Yes, the projector will detect the camera output as 3D so you can watch it directly from the camera.

Yeah, used DLP projectors are not expensive and hooked up to a computer with the right software they'll project 3D still images and video. A word of caution on the glasses. They're not cheap and with many of them they will die permanently if you let the battery drain completely. That can get expensive after a while if you want to project to more than a few people.

Thanks for pointing that out. I had some Nvidia glasses die because I didn't charge them every once in a while to maintain the battery.
