5:09 "Cadets, the Academy will be locked down in three minutes!" Is that first warning you're about to fail (the North Platform getting locked down) when flying a TIE Fighter? When in a snowspeeder, the gunner will say "We'd better get to that platform before they lock down the shuttle!" When in a Y-wing, Wedge will say "I need to steal the shuttle before they secure the Academy!"

I liked playing this level by using the snowspeeder. That way when I would steal the TIE Fighter the Imperials wouldn’t know I was a Rebel spy until I reached the platform where the shuttle was guarded by those laser turrets which you had to destroy before stealing the shuttle.

Did you know that there's ANOTHER secret passage you can take while using the Y-Wing? I believe it's to the right of the 1st open area of imperials. If you fly that way, you'll be given the opportunity to hit a lone tie fighter with your ion cannons causing it to "malfunction" and also allowing you to hijack it.

joshua tonsing Yeah, but if you steal the TIE Fighter that way, the Imperials will still somehow know that there is a Rebel spy around that stole a TIE Fighter so when you reach the academy heist you must blast yourself through all the defenses and fighters on your way to the shuttle.

Im not making fun of your flying skill. But i was dying of laughter when you shot the first set of turrets then immediately exploded from hittin that stupid wall! Hahahahaha😂😂 that shit happens on alot of levels.

Love this game this mission also depending on the clock on your cube you could play at night or day and use a speeder here at night or y wing in the day

Do you have to destroy the turrets around the shuttle? I've managed to survive grabbing the shuttle without taking them down

You can swap craft with the turrets still up but they will shoot at you.

you know you have a rear gun right? just like on the millennium falcon...if you had used it you wouldn't have died :0

I don’t get why Wedge’s gunner doesn’t just fly the speeder back to base himself after Wedge hijacks the TIE Fighter.
