From the voice actor to the gameplay, they are really pulling our nostalgic hearts!

Can't believe they managed to mess it up this badly.

They intentionally included, and increased the volume on, the “watch those wrist rockets” sound clip. They know what they’re doing.

Of course. After all the negative feedback from EAs Battlefronts, their last move is to give exactly (litteraly) what players want, with very little improvements... I fear for the price of the game, but also for the thousands of free contents made by modders since 2006... I hope they won't be taken down

Hands down two of the best Playstation 2 games of the early Ps2 Era, man we should get more collections like this of other Ps2 classics!! I remember playing split screen with my older brother when we were kids, I am glad they are making a collection for us to experience on Ps4 and Ps5 hardware!!

Not saying you're wrong, as I'm sure there are launch trailers that release on the launch date, but launch trailers releasing before launch day has been a thing for a long time. I remember Mass Effect 2's trailer coming out before release day and that was 14 years ago. It's not really a recent phenomenon.

If this works out and the net is stable, its going to be so much fun!

​​@@J_C_CH That's fine for a PlayStation rerelease imo. The PS2 only had 2 player local co-op iirc. Although 4 player would be more practical now than it was then with today's screen sizes and resolution, I think that may be part of the difficulty. Rendering a 3D game on 4 1080p screens (1/4 of 4k) with separate cameras at 60fps sounds pretty taxing. To my knowledge, the PS2 version was 2 320x480 vertical or 2 640x240 horizontal screens at 30FPS

Got it pre-ordered for PS5 and i'm so hyped to play them again.

Or just a Clone trooper Statue ect I'd be all over that lol.
