I think these time the Video was too heavily cut. I didn't get why you strougled with this Projekt. It looks good but is hard to clean

Really cool design. I love how the controls are framed by the wing pieces and how you figured out a clever way for the screen to be mounted.

I had a kind of an industrial skills art class in Jr. High in the 70's and my teacher did a project gluing up clear sheets of acrylic but he used food coloring in the glue. We did several layers to make a rainbow effect. The color disappears as you turn the piece. Your glue up reminded me of him. 😃 I made a red hang ten lightning bolt. It was my favorite project.

This is a seriously cool build. I’ve never seen/heard of a sit/stand arcade. But, then, I’m not a gamer. So I’m sure there’s loads I don’t know about. Lol Of course the layers, the textures, the details, the execution are all stunning. After all it’s a Smugglers Room build. The fact that y’all are auctioning it off for Maui is the icing on the cake. I hope, I expect, this will fetch a Super Star Destroyer sized winning bid.

Noooice. I've been thinking of making a Star Wars Arcade Stick. But with the iconic square white and blue buttons and the Razor Crest knob that Grogu loves as the stick topper, also some SW rocker switches for additional functions. I do love how you recessed the arcade section. You could use removable sticks and have a surface that you place over the arcade section to make a more traditional desk for when not using the arcade stuff. Overall, another awesome build.

I know you said you had some issues while painting but thats one of the cleanest jobs I've seen. I love your work but occasionally I feel you go a tad far in your weathering especially on clean cut empire themed items.

Looking good! Question. Are you the chaps who built that full sized Millenium Falcon Cockpit set? It was on the news a few years back. Seems like your skillset to a tee. What ever happened to it? (It looked like it had an old Mitchell cinema camera Matt box right in the center of the dash. All those Mitchell camera parts are worth a stack of money these days - used to be considered junk.

Crazy question. While building, I saw you use some sort of "track system" as your saw guide. What was that system? I have a small shop, and something like that, which can be extended using connectors, would be ideal for me.

Hey there. The truth is, the one i have and you saw used is awful. I have been wanting to replace it for years. It was cheap and it's flimsy. When you connect it the joint in the center is super loose and I have to take a lot of extra steps to make sure the cut is straight. I don't even have a link for it. I think i got it at Harbor Freight. I really wouldn't recommend this one.
