It will be when pyro is released. There are so little refuel points that these ships will genuinely be convenient.

Funy why its not auto close when ship in dock do not go to space and do exploee

Seems fuel nozzle is broken this patch. (3.21.1) Nozzle will not open.

But Chris lie star freyer cen made fuel him self

does the collecting and refining of fuel work in the starfarer?

No it does not, still missing features. Can't even refuel right now due to the nozzle being broke
