@@tsfbaf303 how did I offend someone? I call them any names or something? For me personally I know these kinds of training methods long time ago, just was surprised by people saying that they don't know it. If you do some kind of combat sport they have different kind of methods very similar like this and adjusted to their needs of each sport individually. I asked a simple question where do you guys live? Where do you see here the insult? Nowadays everyone trying to get offended without a reason, you belong to this category of people perhaps? Anyway, enjoy your day my friend and be healthy.

Started doing the band corrective exercises about a year ago! They really helped with my shoulder and upper back pain, especially the face pulls to overhead press. Coach Phil knows what he's doing! I just wish I would have known to do them years ago, as the will prevent alot of nagging pain and injury in the long run!

Super good exercises to hit the supporting muscles that are sometimes neglected. Ever since I've implemented a few of these, especially band work, I've had less little nagging injuries that I have to recover from. They're not heavy and flashy, but they make you a more stable athlete.

Good rotator cuff drills! Only on banded facepull / wall slide the shoulders must not go up when elevating the hands, as this is indicator of dominating upper traps and supresses middle and lower traps. It makes scapula unstable when pushing something overhead and firing the shoulder first. Shoulder must extend at the end of the movement, so called reaching. Cheers!

Can you also please go over nutrition and types of meals to eat everyday? It's just as important. I always have trouble with a balanced diet though I eat healthy. I just don't know what things to cook. I don't believe in fake GNC proteins. Just want natural foods.

How many sets of each thing do you get your fighters to do? For the isometric into explosive exercises is it like. 5x5 kinda concept? and how long are the rest times? Are you keeping it short as the rests in fights is minimal or are you taking longer to keep it at max effort for each set? Loving the videos I’m learning so much 👍🏻
