Bio -
Phil Daru is the Head trainer for some of the top athletes in the world and creator of Daru Strong Training Systems and founder of Daru Strong Performance Center. Daru has degrees in sports medicine and exercise science from Alabama State University where he played division 1 football. Holding certifications with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Functional Range Movement Specialist (FRCms) and Kabuki Movement Specialist (NSCA-KMS).
Daru then began a career in MMA and turned professional at 21 years old where he then developed his own systems for training fighters. Daru has also competed in strongman, bodybuilding, and Bjj Gi and No Gi and currently competes in powerlifting. He has worked with well over 200 plus fighters including world champions like Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Dustin Poirier, Edson Barboza, Junior Dos Santos, Frankie Edgar, Tecia Torres, King Mo Lawal, Andrei Arlovski and many others. Coach Daru is a two time award winning Trainer of the Year for the Florida MMA Awards and Nominated for the Trainer of the Year for the World MMA Awards. He has been globally recognized for his contributions in combat sports performance and has traveled to over 10 countries teaching and mentoring.     Phil Daru love this stuff, I like to incorporate it at the Fire Department. What was the distance on sprints? Also you had a video where you had your athletes hold their breath between movements, I would be interested in more info on that and how to incorporate it. Thanks for all of the content!

    The most important aspect of training preparing for a particular sport to compete in. Is the process of learning your own bodies capabilities and limitations which is one of the primary key's in a person becoming physically fit mentally sound spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom. For only at this level of body awareness does one naturally constantly consistently have the self-control discipline loyalty devotion appreciation respect confidence playful determination in systematically living up to the pleasure potential responsibility of femininity and masculinity. The goal is to be able to consciously acknowledge physically participate in being true towards love honor and the creation of life.

    It’s different for everyone. The weight should be light enough where you can throw it explosively. Id say start off with 8 pounds and the max weight for non elite athletes will be under 30 and probably for most under 25

    I feel like we’re getting down to the real fighters on these videos lol most of his workout videos would have 10 times as many views because only the actual fighters are out here lookin to find out exactly how to exercise for their fight they got coming or is it just me 😂😂 I’ve struggled for years now since I started MMA because I’m so passionate about weight lifting and equally passionate about fighting, but the two are nearly impossible to coincide. I was 195 lbs at 12% body fat when I began, and now I’m like 182 with 10% body fat, it’s fucking impossible to commit to a body building diet and exercise routine and train sufficiently for fighting. If anyone has figured this out please help. I don’t want to give up getting absolutely beefed but I also wanna take my fighting to pro 😅

    A real dominant fighter leaves their opponent sexually suppressed afterwords. You never thought of this concept, you never seen anyone accomplish this. Because it is the ultimate judgment which is applied to the soul and spirit of all those who live and die, never living up to the pleasure, potential and responsibility of femininity and masculinity. Due to the fact they have neglected their own physical freedom throughout their entire life. By never learning their own bodies capabilities and limitations fully engaging with all the body senses to their extreme limits in the most efficient way that is humanly possible. Thus becoming physically fit, mentally sound and spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom which is key for one to be consciously aware and physically prepared to validate, confirm and signify that they are being true towards love, honor and the creation of life. For anything less is feebleminded, physically inadequate, submissive subservience which may be genetically inherited. A simple generic synthetic learned behavior nowadays a side effect from global pollution nonetheless, either way these points have been scientifically classified and religiously verified as the only way to make constant consistent physical, mental, financial and spiritual progress within each and every moment of life. Now I would like to confirm the wish and prayer I made prior to my 8th birthday which was for my soul and spirit to be held spiritually accountable to the statements I proclaim to the way I'm living personally and professionally. I guarantee you never see or hear another body man or woman in power, persons of legal or religious authority, leaders ever freely validate the statements they proclaim with that level of certainty one reason they don't have the best interest of the majority of the populations needs at heart another reason is they cum from a bloodline of cowards.     Event 201 was a mock exercise to test preparedness incase a real pandemic occurred. There are mock exercises in many fields: storms, earthquakes, deep water rescue etc.
