Stability exercise in the saddle

Sometimes you need to exaggerate a movement just to get your body to understand the benefit. This is one of my favorite exercises to create more tone and stability around the hip joint.
It is a though exercise and defenitely not for every rider! However, it can really help to create more stability in the upper leg and pelvis, improver symmetry through the seatbones and is a great way to practice balance. You can even build upon this basic movement by changing up the gait and even do both legs at the same time. But be safe!
