I was 17 in 1985 and living in Canada when this movie was released. The soundtrack is unforgettable.

I enjoyed the movie recently and can’t stop playing the soundtrack. It is absolutely beautiful.

St. Elmo's was my favorite brat pack movie, by far. It holds so many memories for me including "Man in Motion" and "St. Elmo's Theme" one of the first songs I learned to play on the piano. ❤❤

Three favorites starring the brat pack are Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink! Every time I hear a song played on the radio for The Breakfast Club’s soundtrack I instantly think of the movie!

I heard that when the show "Friends" was being cast, Andrew McCarthy was first considered for the role of Chandler Bing but they wanted a new and younger face and Matthew got the job.

St. Elmo’s Fire is my favorite Brat Pack movie! I was born in 1962 like a lot of the actors in that movie. ❤️❤️❤️

When this movie was released, I was already in my mid 30's. I found it to be a curious glam coming of age story, but I liked it - and still do. When considering the actors, The Brat Pack folks I anticipated. But where the hell did all those extra people come from?

Man it's like some one took a calculator to us and hit the multiplication button.

Love this movie! Rob Lowe has such good genes! I'm not usually one to admire good looks, but if I had to describe a perfect male, he is right up there at the top! Aged finely :) Also, I suspect his good looks are attributed to his personality. A great human.

Besides Rob, I think Emilllio also still looks great for his age. I guess by today's comparison, Zac Efron would be the next Robe Lowe.. I guess Emillio good looks also attributed to his Sheen family genes..

This movie made me want to attend Georgetown- but I wasn’t nearly smart enough to get in.

Rob Lowe looked good then and looks even better now.Hes great as Owen Strand in 911 Lone Star.

Favorite Bratpack movie is The Breakfast Club. Hands down.

It's not like if I was there or anything like that but if I remember back to 1985 the brat pack had casual in and out members as well people who would come and go from the pack. I think scheen was one there were a few others that were brat pack visitors.

"Nothing fucks you up as time" How I miss those careless years.

I love everything, the songs, the actors, the fun, everything. I keep listening to the sountrack until now.

One of the worst movies ever to be made. The characters are hateable. The story's are shockingly written and put together. They are stalkers, rapists, enabelers and just the worst humans alive.
