Such things should be braught to the attention to the honorable supreme court of india...

This reminds me of a similar situation which happened to my brother in law's (sister's husband's father in law)father who was a retired Judge of Kerala High Court and who was made " Acting Chief Justice" of Kerala High Court but could not make it to the post of Chief Justice of Kerala High Court nor make it to the post of one of the sitting Judges of Supreme Court of India as there were obstructions put in by a lobby of Central level andstate level Politicians in alliance with some Judges,Police officers as well as top level Bueraucrats .This happened around 1970.Then the "Spirit Scandal "Legal Case came in the year 1982 andthis retired Justice was made the Chairman of the "Spirit Scandal Commission".It came to an end in the year 1984 with positive results.The retired Justice expired in the year 1989.😮

Madom, This type of experiences are seen every where especially in Insurance & Banking spheres. Big wigs are keeping Egostic attitude towards just below layerrs. Institution interest will never influence such people owing to selfish motives. No doubt, it was highly painful. Another bad impact must be from illiterate and uncultured Ministers and other politicians. Finally these people will retire with much disappointments and pain.

Madam, from the sequence of the developments you have narrated, the drama of DGP Loknath Behera's deputation must have been simply enacted to keep you hoping for the post of State Police Chief and finally leave you disappointed by the anticlimax. This Behera was on Central deputation with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on earlier occasions. All this prank was the result of a conspiracy jointly hatched by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan against whose vested interests you dared to act, his Police Advisor Raman Srivastava and the then State Police Chief Loknath Behera. Your ever hostile IPS batch mate who had been on very intimate terms with the Chief Minister must have also been involved. The trio who had been adept in switching over political loyalty were in need of further appeasing the Chief Minister by embarrassing you. The attempt for the deputation was deliberately made with the ill-intention. The Chief Minister's Police Advisor and former State Police Chief of Kerala, Raman Srivastava, has tainted record, embroiled in allegations and controversies during his service period. He allegedly connived with the kidnap of two councillors with the Thiruvananthapuram Corporation for tilting the Mayor's election in the CPI(M)'s favour while he was Police Commissioner with Thiruvananthapuram city in the late 1980s during the CPI(M)-led LDF ministry. During the Congress-led UDF ministry in the early 1990s, DYFI activists staged a protest march towards his home at Vattiyoorkavu in the state capital following the reports on his alleged links with the two Maldivian spy women involved in the ISRO espionage case. He was feigning friendliness towards you because he was nurturing grudge against you for having proceeded with the Praveen murder case though for the then Dy. Sp. Shaji to be spared, he, as the then State Police Chief, went on to demoralise you and discourage you from going ahead with the investigation by bluntly telling you that he would shirk responsibility eventually in the event of any setback from the judiciary. Another possibility I can figure out is that by means of intimidation and blackmailing, the Chief Minister himself prevented the State Police Chief Loknath Behera at the eleventh hour from going on Central deputation lest the women in general and various women's organisations in Kerala blame the state government for not posting you as the State Police Chief despite having the opportunity to post a woman in the event of the deputation materialising. In fact, the trust you bestowed upon the Chief Minister's Police Advisor was betrayed. Your beloved husband was 101% right in discouraging you from meeting Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan with the request for considering you for the topmost post. He did judge well from varied angles. Perhaps, from some reliable sources in the Chief Minister's native district of Kannur, he was well aware of and had a clear picture on the Chief Minister's vengeful, sadistic and ruthless nature. It is good that you were not considered for the post much coveted by any IPS officer, considering that had you been posted, you would have been having a very tough time serving as Director General of Police (Law & Order) under Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, undergoing extreme mental pressure finding it very difficult for you to unscrupulously succumb to the extremely unjust and unfair political pressures.

ജിഷയെ അറിയാത്ത അമീറുല്‍ ഇസ്ലാം എങ്ങനെ പ്രതിയായി; വൈറലായി ഒരു പോസ്റ്റ് മനുഷ്യവകാശ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകയും എഴുത്തുകാരിയുമായ അമ്പിളി ഓമനക്കുട്ടന്റെ പോസ്റ്റ്. വിയ്യൂര്‍ സെന്‍ട്രല്‍ ജയിലിന്റെ കനത്ത ഇരുമ്പു മറയ്ക്കപ്പുറം അവന്‍ എന്റെ മുന്‍പില്‍ വന്നു നിന്നു. പെരുമ്പാവൂര്‍ ജിഷ കൊലപാതക കേസിലെ വധശിക്ഷയ്ക്ക വിധിച്ച പ്രതി അമീറുല്‍ ഇസ്ലാം. ഈ കേസിനെ കുറിച്ചു പഠിക്കും തോറും കൂടുതല്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ സങ്കീര്‍ണതകളിലേയ്ക്ക് അതെന്നെ നയിച്ചിരുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ നീതിന്യായ വ്യവസ്ഥയെ കൊഞ്ഞനം കുത്തുന്ന ഒരു വിധിയും പ്രതിയുമാണ് എന്നും ഈ കേസിന്റെ നാള്‍വഴികളില്‍ ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്. അരമണിക്കൂറിലേറെ ഞങ്ങള്‍ സംസാരിച്ചു. 1. പ്രതി നന്നായി മലയാളം സംസാരിക്കുന്ന ഒരാള്‍ ആയിരുന്നിട്ടു കൂടി, അമീറിന് മലയാളം അറിയില്ലെന്നും ഒരു ദ്വിഭാഷിയുടെ സഹായം തേടിയെന്നും പോലീസ് കള്ളം പറഞ്ഞു. 2. ജിഷ മരിച്ച ദിവസം മൂന്നു മണിക്ക് പ്രതി തന്റെ മാതാവിന്റെ ഓപ്പറേഷന്‍ ആയതിനാല്‍ ആറുമാണിയുടെ ട്രെയിന് ആസാമില്‍ പോകുന്നതിനായി പെരുമ്പവൂരില്‍ നിന്ന് റെയില്‍വേസ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേയ്ക്ക് പോയിരുന്നു.ജിഷ കൊല്ലപ്പെടുന്നത് വൈകുന്നേരം അഞ്ചരക്ക് ശേഷമാണ്. 3.അവിടെ ചെന്ന് കുറച്ചു ദിവസങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ശേഷം പ്രതിയെ അപ്പോഴത്തെ പോലീസ് മേധാവി സെന്‍കുമാര്‍ വിളിച്ചു സംസാരിക്കുകയും പ്രതി തിരിച്ചു വന്നപ്പോള്‍ ആലുവ സ്‌റ്റേഷനില്‍ ഹാജറാവുകയും തന്റെ പ്രൂഫ്, ട്രെയിന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവ അവിടെ നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തു. എന്നാല്‍ പിന്നീട് ഇതേ കുറിച്ചൊന്നും രേഖയില്‍ വന്നില്ല. ഇതിനെ അവര്‍ നിഷേധിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ അന്നത്തെ രര്േ നോക്കാന്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടപ്പോള്‍ അന്നു മാത്രം അത് കേടായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് പോലീസ് പറഞ്ഞത്. 4. വീണ്ടും ജോലി കുറവായ പ്രതി രോഗിയായ അമ്മ, ഭാര്യ, കുഞ്ഞ് എന്നിവരെ സംരക്ഷിക്കേടാത്തിനാല്‍ ജോലിയ്ക്കായി തമിഴ് നാട്ടില്‍ പോകുന്നു. അവിടെ ജോലി ചെയ്തു വരവേ വീണ്ടും പോലീസ് വിളിക്കുകയും അവന്റ ഒപ്പം റൂമില്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരാളെ കഞ്ചാവ് കേസില്‍ പിടിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും അവനും അതില്‍ പങ്കുണ്ടെന്നും പറയുന്നു, എന്നാല്‍ അവന്‍ അത് നിഷേധിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ പോലീസ് കഞ്ചാവ് കേസിന്റെ പേര് പറഞ്ഞു സോജനും മറ്റു പോലീസുകാരും ചേര്‍ന്ന് കാഞ്ചിപുരത്ത് നിന്ന് അമീറിനെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ട് വരുന്നു. ഇവിടെ എത്തുമ്പോഴാണ് പ്രതി ജിഷയുടെ കൊലപാതക കേസിനാണ് തന്നെ പിടിച്ചതെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്. 5. അന്നും ഇന്നും അവന്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിനെ ആണായിട്ട് പറയുന്നു തനിക്ക് ഈ കാര്യത്തില്‍ ഒരു പങ്കും ഇല്ലെന്ന്. പോലീസ് കൊണ്ട് വന്ന അമീറിന്റെ ചെരുപ്പുകള്‍ ഒന്‍പതു ഇഞ്ചാണ്, എന്നാല്‍ അവന്റെ പാദത്തിന്റെ അളവ് ഏഴ് ഇഞ്ചാണ്. പിന്നെ ജിഷയുടെ ശരീരത്തില്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ദന്തക്ഷതങ്ങള്‍ പല്ലിനു വിടവുള്ള ഒരാളുടേതാണ് , പക്ഷെ അവന്റെ പല്ലുകള്‍ ഏറ്റവും അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. 6. ഞങ്ങള്‍ സംസാരിക്കുന്നതിനിടയ്ക്ക് അവന്‍ തന്റെ ഷര്‍ട്ട് പൊക്കി ചില കരുവാളിച്ച അടയാളങ്ങള്‍ കാണിച്ചു തന്നു. അതൊക്കെ സന്ധ്യ ഐ പി എസ് കുറ്റം സമ്മതിയ്ക്കാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു ചെയ്തു കൂട്ടിയതാണെന്ന് അവന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു കരഞ്ഞു. ലാത്തിയുടെ അടിയുടെയും കുത്തിന്റെയും പാടുകള്‍ , ബൂട്ടിട്ട് ചവിട്ടിയ അടയാളങ്ങള്‍. കൂടാതെ കറന്റ്‌റ് പിടിപ്പിച്ചു. 7. അന്നും ഇന്നും അമീറുള്‍ ആണ് പ്രതിയെന്ന് ഞാന്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അവനെ പെടുത്തിയത് തന്നെയാണ് എന്ന് എന്റെ വിശ്വാസം. കാരണം ഈ ക്രൂരകൃത്യം ചെയ്തവര്‍ക്കും അവരെ സംരക്ഷിക്കേണ്ട ഉന്നതര്‍ക്കും വേണ്ടി പോലീസിലെ കാലുനക്കി ക്രിമിനലുകള്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന് അതി വിദഗ്ദമായി ഒരുക്കിയ വാരിക്കുഴിയില്‍ വീണു പോയ ഒരാളാണ് അമീറുല്‍. അവനെ കാണുമ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ നമ്മുക്കത് ബോധ്യം ആവും. അവര്‍ക്ക് ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കാന്‍ ഒരു പ്രതിയെ വേണമായിരുന്നു. ആരും ചോദിക്കാനും പറയാനും ഇല്ലാത്ത, ദാരിദ്ര്യം പിടിച്ച ഒരു കുടുംബത്തിലെ ഒരാളെ അവര്‍ ഇതിനായി തെരെഞ്ഞെടുത്തു, അവന്റെ കൈയില്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന മുഴുവന്‍ തെളിവുകളും നശിപ്പിച്ചു. 8. പിന്നെ ഡി എന്‍ എ ടെസ്റ്റിലോ, കോടതിയിലോ വിശ്വസിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. അതൊക്കെ പണത്തിനും അധികാരത്തിനും മുന്‍പില്‍ മാറിമറിയും. പാവപ്പെട്ട ഒരാളെ പ്രതിയാക്കാനുള്ള എല്ലാ തെളിവുകളും ഉണ്ടാക്കാനാണോ പ്രയാസം.? ജിഷയെ ഒരിക്കല്‍ പോലും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്ത, സംസാരിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്ത അമീറുല്‍ എങ്ങനെ പ്രതിയായി?

SERVICE Mam if you fight against you'vw more scope to win and make but mam unfortunaely it's not happened if it's happened it will be really great inspiration for All --INDIA SERVICE OFFICERS and aspirants like me 🥰🥰💯💯💯 Mam by the grace of god iam getting opportunites to interact many officers at my house also 3 Young IAS Officers are deeply attached with me my as my mentor and best friend and my elder brothers they are take care of alll things regarding with civil preparation accomdation and everything at Tvm test series and accomdation
