പേരൂർക്കട പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ അന്നുള്ള എല്ലാവർക്കും നേരെ കേസ് എടുത്ത് അന്വേഷണം നടത്തണം..

ഇതുപോലെ നിരപരാധികളുടെ പേരിൽ കേസെടുത്ത്, ജയിലിൽ അടക്കുന്ന സംഭവങ്ങൾ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ശ്രീലേഖ മാഡത്തിന് നന്ദി. ഇതൊന്നും ആരും പുറത്തു അറിയാറില്ല.

Most pocso cases are false. They are just like dowry and DV cases. I wonder why the lawmakers make this kind of laws without considering the nature of indian law enforcement agencies. Indian lawmakers must change dowry laws, DV and Pocso laws like the laws on these subjects that exist in other democracies. There is no need for martial law type rules on these subjects as they are being misused by law enforcement agencies.

Sadly, a very thin minority in the police and the bureaucracy in general opt to think on moral grounds so that vicious and corrupt political masters easily get replacements that cater to their ill-intentions and vested interests. It is the dire need of the hour that the morally thinking ones has to increase in large numbers rendering the politicians left with no other options.

Wonderful episode.. what’s the remedy..? Police across India is like that; why Mam..? Is there any deficiency in training this police force..? Most of the time, police acts on behalf of the influential people..Knowing all the facts, you could not do anything.. When will it change, Mam..?Let police release criminals.. but they should not punish innocent people..Human rights commission is not doing their job unless the case is of celebrity..

This has nothing to do with training . Even well trained IPS officers use 3rd degree. Sadly it is allowed by government, courts and media. And public do not care as long as police beat up someone else! It is the entire system that needs to change

Hi Ma’am, I have heard that the jail compound carries a dispensary with a doctor available on a daily basis. If the investigating team doesn’t cooperate to shift the prisoner to the hospital in these cases, would it not be possible to use these facilities which could give him a temporary relief?

This facility is there only in central prisons, not all jails

I have huge respect for Police but sometimes they are worse than Savages . they only do this to poor people 😢 and are afraid of people like PC George who shouts at them or SDPI criminals

Mam njan new subscriber aanu. Ella videosum kandu. സ്കൂളിൽ പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ മാഡം ആയിരുന്നു റോൾ മോഡൽ. IPS ആകണം എന്നായിരുന്നു ആഗ്രഹം. പക്ഷെ നടന്നില്ല. കോളേജ് പഠനം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ആദ്യം കിട്ടിയ govt job സെലെക്ട് ചെയ്തു.. ജോലിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി മാഡത്തിന്റെ husband മായി പരിചയ പ്പെടാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് 🙏🙏 .

ഞാൻ Directorate of Medical educaion ആണ് mam work cheyunnath. SAT yil വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യുന്ന സമയത്ത് Child rights commision okke sirne depute cheythu vidumaayirunnu. യാതൊരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും പറയാതെ sirnte തിരക്കിനിടയിലും പോകുമായിരുന്നു.. സർ സുഖമായിരിക്കുന്നല്ലോ

@@sreelekhaips എന്റെ ഇരുപതാമത്തെ വയസിൽ അടുത്തുള്ള ഒരാൾ ഗൾഫിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി അവിടെ 14 മണിക്കൂർ കഷ്ട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയ കൂലി ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ എന്നെ ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയിതു ഞാൻ പിന്നെ നാട്ടിൽ കയറി വന്നു.. ആളെ നാട്ടിൽ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ജോലി ചെയിതകൂലി ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ തരാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അന്ന് രാത്രിയിൽ പോലീസ് എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ കയറി എന്നെ പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയി മർദ്ധിക്കുകയും എന്റെ പേരിൽ കള്ളകേസ് എടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌തു 10വർഷം ഞാൻ കേസ് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്റെ ജീവിതം തന്നെ നശിപ്പിച്ചു.... പോലീസ് എന്നവർഗത്തെ ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു ആപത്തിൽ കിടന്നാലും രക്ഷ പെടുത്തില്ല....
