Thank you for showing repeatable processes for getting the angles and cuts correct, and straight, from start to finish. As a result, I am now ready to cut, bend, rivet/screw, and attach my new gutters to my home. 🏆🏆🏆

Thanks for this video it’s exactly what I was looking for. I can now make my own 90 degree elbows for my mini split project I’m working on.

Professional sealant… I’ve been in the busies many many years the gutter sealer is the first thing I wouldn’t use in this type of situation. Also there’s really no need to copy another’s work when the work was faulty in the first place. Using a heavy piece of equipment to cut downspout seems like more work then you can just red & green a good cut in about the time it take to lift set & cut with that fancy cutter. I didn’t want the entire video because frankly it’s a amateur job.. really all you have to do it look at it and see what formula they used. A good experience craftsman places screws in the same place, I don’t think I seen that here with this guys work. I see a guy gutter school in addition to this video who used the same sealant on corners. Anyone who uses this cheap brand sealer gutter doesn’t know what they are doing. I’m amazed at the level of skill here in both videos. I guess the old school guys like my self are few & far. Make your own corners used good sealant & be a professional by also how you use your hand tools. This is a craft & can be art at times.

Don’t forget they have perfectly good stands to do all the work on but instead lets just drag it around on the concrete and scratch it all up. I dont do gutters a ton mostly just rehang a downspout if its down and im there doing something else. But i can tell this guy is the king of bs. “I didn’t come here wanting to do it in one piece but i just tried it. No bud you just messed up. The customer also probably paid a ton to have 3 guys standing around while one did all the work. It just got worse the farther into the video you go way worse. At the very end he not only painted the rust on the door but the driveway and siding also “she will be so happy we did an extra step” he said. I have brothers gutters in my area and after seeing this I will never recommend them to anybody.

Interesting reply. As a DIYer I have found it really hard to find good resources on downspout information. I would suspect alot of bad downspout out there in DIY land if your saying this reference good is not a goof one

Got it done, I just don't understand how folks can take the time to learn a custom skill but still use a zip screw. Whenever I train I insist on a sharp pencil, first sign of inaccuracies is a dull pencil.

When you go to the post office to ship something, they don’t automatically ship things overnight. You want it shipped faster, you pay extra. Everything is an upsell. You want rivets, add $200 for example…

@vperson99 as a company that specializes in customs, the only zip screws we use are on seamless k-style. H/R, BX, S/F or any custom fabricated, rivets all the way.
