Located in a hospital in "Bath" which was filmed 7 months ago so I am not entirely sure where exactly this toilet is located within the building as it has been a while, I think this is near the outpatients department.
Here is a very rare and unique retro low level rimless toilet made by "Armitage Shanks" in 1989.
I am not entirely sure what the name of this suite is, however I did film one of these pans before with a high level cistern, which was in a different hospital.
This one sadly has replacement cistern fittings but still works really well. probably the best flushing one of these I've ever seen at low level.
