This fanbase has put up with no trophies and the highest ticket prices in English football for 20 years and counting. And STILL fill a 63k stadium every single week. How dare you have a pop at Spurs fans. Blame Levy for creating this toxic atmosphere by not showing any ambition in the transfer market. Idk I think people are looking into this game in particular a bit too deep. Yes we all know Spurs need trophies or something, but that was vs City. Won 6/7 leagues. I agree up to a point but if you think that team didn’t try last night you’ve never played the game to a reasonable standard. Of course he’s angry you can’t take away the want from supporters not wanting to help Arsenal. As for you as Arsenal supporter if the roles were reversed you hypocrites would have exactly the same mindset. It’s easy to say when it’s not you in the other man’s shoes. Maybe now retrospectively if you had gone to City a few months ago played with bravery instead of parking the bus like cowards and trying not to lose your outcome might have been better. This is Anges version of the Conte exit Interview. Something has definetely happened at management level. Who gave you the delusion that we'd qualify? We already lost that chance when we failed to beat arsenal due to ange's poor choices. He looks angrier losing this game than losing to our rivals (Chelsea & arsenal) three times

Ange is an absolutely brilliant guy and he wanted to win and Spurs played really well as well. I am an Arsenal fan and I believe City were really lucky and both city keepers played one of their best game.

Yep. It's a similar tone to where the manager feels like they're fighting a losing battle with the culture of the club. No matter how much he might want to change things. Ange is a class manager though & I don't see him leaving this summer.

For Conte to run in that manner tells you alot, Spurs had got alot better when he came but old ways come back pretty quickly. Never ever heard him talk muchless say anything and so damming talk about speaking his mind. We could do with him at United no Pussy footing about say it as it is.

I’m a spurs fan and fans chanting are you watching Arsenal are the problem. I would prefer Arsenal didn’t win the league BUT if they do they deserve it. They’ve been the best team for large chunks of the season. I think Ange has a huge job on his hands, he’s done well to finish near top 5/6 if that’s where they finish giving he’s lost Harry Kane. I wonder if there have been too many people in the background (ex players, staff etc) that have been saying they’d rather lose than win. I hope he sees the job through but I do think some of the fans have let the club down badly.

All jokes aside I do think there have been too many people trying to educate him and say that spurs cannot help Arsenal win the league. I certainly won’t let my kids support spurs, can’t put them through it!!

It's all about perspective. as a Spurs supporter I'm delighted Arsenal probably won't win the title. At the same time I'm grateful we have a manager who just wants to win every game regardless. Life isn't always simple.
The usual thing is happening with Ange as happens with other Spurs managers- loses the plot when they dont feel the support from the owner. He'll be sacked by end of year, and the wheel continues to turn as it always does.

This rivalry is just TOXIC and for the fans to be happy that is their team lost because Arsenal cannot win the league is insane. This is the same Spurs that fired Mourinho one week to the League cup Final. This club have no ambition and if am Ange I would leave. Apart from Football even in life u want to win for you not for someone else.
Ange is spot on, it seems not only the fans but within the internal structure of the club some wanted to lose this match just because of not wanting arsenal to win the title. That's just pathetic wanting your club to miss out on a ucl spot.
The foundations are weak indeed,,,, what makes spurs competitive is the ambition to outdo Arsenal their neighbours, thats why they aspire to get better players than Arsenal's, have a more state of the Art training facility than Arsenal, having a bigger stadium by 1k seats than the Emirates,, any step is done with Arsenal as the benchmark, that is why the foundations are built on quicksand because if Arsenal wake up tomorrow morning and decide to go back to woolwich,, spurs will cease to be ambitious and competitive from that moment on. One is free to deny this but its a fact!!!

I don't understand why Man City got that penalty when the defender got the ball? And VAR checked it and said on-field decision was correct? It just wasn't a penalty... And the TV only looked at the replay one time and there was no discussion about how he literally got the ball

I have been following Ange for over 20 years now and enjoy the journey with him as he hops from Club to Club bringing success wherever he goes. Strictly speaking Ange would have preferred to start in the Premier League at a lesser Club than Spurs to give him more time and experience to acclimatise at this level. When the Offer came from Spurs he couldn't pass it up so he entered in at the deep end from the word GO . I think under the circumstances he has held up really well in his 1st year. However under Ange,s own standard he has under achieved this year. Ange is a Fighter and a Spartan. Spartans only know Victory or Death. It's a shame Kane didn't stay at Spurs, he may have made a big difference to the outcome this year. Look at the Fiasco he ended up in at Bayern this year. They have grossly under performed after hastily sacking Oliver Khan who was still acclimatising in his new position there. Regardless of what has transpired so far Ange,s second year at any new club is his BIG ONE ! You can be sure he will pull out all stops imaginable at Spurs with an Iron Will. Winning the Title will be his goal. Anything less than that will be unacceptable. It's going to be an exciting year for Spurs next season.Ange will be relentless to achieve for Spurs.

A select few win regularly and occasionally you get a wild card like Leicester and Wigan. Under Poch Tottenham were consistently a challenging team, reaching finals, overcoming big teams regularly. Very well respected. Yes didn't cross the line with a trophy but who knows if he'd been given time. This is all a circus, media, fan storm. Today showed that fans are what are holding back this club and not lack of ambition by the management, or players or coaches,,, the team turned up and went after man city, unfortunately the vast majority of the fans were quiet and denied the atmosphere needed to push the team to a win and a potential UCL qualification.

I'm Arsenal fan, but not from UK, so I never really hated Spurs. Actually, this season, I loved their playing style. Well, today it all changed, small minded team and fans, who can't think big, and have no integrity and fair play. They gifted the win to Man city.That's why they mid club and will stay that way.
