    Change surface (track-grass) and reduce sessions running for a few weeks then progress back up. DO YOUR ISOMETRICS, gradually increase duration and weight of these and amount per week, lose weight if you’re overweight

    Another good video Cody. Again with excellent content. I do that wall drill at 4.10 in my squat cage with a band across my hips. Works really well. How do you find pulling the exerginey (not sure of its spelling) vs a sled pull?

    I like the exer-genie as it’s (mostly) isotonic. The load will change a little bit as you pull the rope, but it doesn’t have the same inertial/momentum based effects that a mass based sled would have. Basically the resistance is pretty smooth and only gets a little lighter as you keep sprinting.
