You continue to post such helpful videos without fail. Thank you Cody for the amount of knowledge you share with the sprinting world
This guy never fails to give NEW and actually beneficial concepts.
You really inspire me to not give up🙏
I wanted to write a big nice comment, but guys have said it all already. It's a great video and Thank you very much, Cody! God bless you 🙏🏻✝️❤
Thank you sir 🙏
Excellent explanation !
Holy fuck, this is golden.
Thank you for explaining so clearly and going into depth WHY you do what you do. Great video
Merci for this explanation on the organization of the sprinter's stride as well as the issues that support efficiency
very good explanation, thank you very much
Really good tips and explanation of the mechanics, and main focus of sprinting fast. I remember when I was young, fit and fast, and had a feel for these things, how good it felt one year to also prepare for the triple jump, for the summer school sports event, and how I could sense the carry though into sprinting. It seemed to encourage an upright posture, and a crisp, elastic type bounce as you hit the ground, almost like bounding which is where plyo and maximum force at minimum and short contact times comes into play. I'm only now realising how much plyo and natural strength I had back then, and how weak my feet in particular seem to have become. A lot of work before I'm back on the road again, especially on the feet, but should be fun. Cal Dietz focuses on foot strength too, does he not. Thanks again, and all the best to all aspiring, or unretiring runners.
Good info
Great content Cody as usual.👍
I love your work bro👍
Great video Cody thanks buddy
Very good video. As sprint coach, thank you
Another excellent video! I feel like I have watched alot of sprint videos by now by all sorts of authors, but your explanation of what is going on is the best, you explain things in quite a unique way but its just spot on in helping me think about what I am trying to achieve 🙏 Thank you!
Super helpful. Just got into sprints a month ago as a hobby and this gives me quality stuff to focus on.
