Hey there Sylvia, so good to see you, thanx for watching and taking the time to comment. Yeah, I feel a bit like Goldilocks: that one is too soft, that one doesn't stick well enough, that one is too dry...omg. lol You're quite welcome for the digitals, can't wait to see what you do with them (as always, no pressure 😉)

Always appreciate your reviews on products and hearing your latest on adventures in glue sticking haha! You are right - I was gluing the pages in the comp book together at first, but then I realized I totally don’t have to do that - the pages get thick enough once all the images get added. So now I can save some glue and skip that step. Isn’t it funny that we both wanted to glue the bulldog on the cake but then decided against it because too much of the image was lost? Love how you changed the serving size on the carrot mimosas to serves 2! 😉 Our dishes page turned out similar, but. that makes sense thematically. Really enjoyed seeing your process while you were gluing. You kept a secret strawberry butterfly and used it - are you warming up to butterflies after all??? 😂 We both wanted to be sure to keep those drink recipes intact lol! This was great fun as always. Your pages turned out so well and I love how we have some things that are similar and some that are so different. Can’t wait to see what happens with the Spring digital pages! Awwww cutie Bitsy! Hope you both enjoy a cozy creative day today! Sending you both lots of love and hugs from Sophia and I! 🐶🦋✨🌈💕

It was very interesting to me how many things we did alike of very similarly. I enjoy your fussy-cut images, but didn't have the heart to cut up that aging pets article, lol that's quite often the case. I'm not sure why I insisted on keeping the info bubble on the beautiful butterfly bulldog 🤦🏻‍♀️🤪 Ahhhhh well, it's there now... Warming up to butterflies? Oh hell no‼️ At least not in journals (in every journal, on every page 😉) I think it was the simple art-with-food idea that made me keep that little guy, lol. This was fun, onward to digitals... Hope you have a fun and creative weekend, hugs n love to you and Sophia from Bits n me ☀️🍄☀️🪺☀️🌷☀️🌈

Ohh bless you for trying my Gecko Bostik glue, and talking about it...I owe you an apology with a hug! I should have mentioned you can buy large sticks, none of us want to glue with a Chapstick...lol..another thing I do on the large sticks is pop the top on and use it to smooth things down saves getting a card or bone folder out xx

I have not been able to find it in larger sticks, no matter how specific (or not) my Amazon search, but I'm so glad it's out there, now I'm more determined to find it. Great idea on using the top too, whatever is handy! My mantra for sure, lol.

Glue woes... I have to be careful due to the way some of them smell-- can't handle the stinky stuff. I hate re-gluing too! Super pages, You found some great stuff. And you're right-- we don't do it fast! TFS! 😄

I feel a bit like Goldilocks: this one's too soft, that one doesn't stick, the other one is too dry...😫 😂 Hope you had a chance to see Amy's too, this time we did a lot of similar things, more than ever before, I'm wondering if it's subject related? Or just bc we've been playing together for nearly a year, just wearing off on each other 🤔 lol Thanx so much for stopping by 🌊

Thanks for flipping us through your fantastic gluebook pages Ker 🤗 Every page has turned out great❣️ love the big dog in bunny ears 💖 I thought you might be starting to be ok with butterflies but you put Get Away on them 🤣🤣🤣 or was that just the meat 🥩🥩 ones ?🤣 You & Amy both did such fun pages 👯‍♀️ I was cutting up the printables from you guys as I watched. Thanks so much - they’re great 👍 Can’t wait to do the pages. Awwww Bitsy at the end in her snuggly bed 💖🐾💖

No, no I'm NOT getting to be okay with butterflies (I LOVE them in my garden/yard, loathe loathe them on every page in nearly every journal ever made 😂🤣😂) I think it's so interesting to see how many things Amy and I did alike this time around...great experiment. I'm so jazzed to know you've got the digitals again, that is just too cool 😎🦀💜

I am glad that you share rants, just lately my favourite Gluestick (Bostik Blue) has been annoyingly resistant. I am an Australian and for some weird reason, I cannot find Scotch permanent. I am not going to look overseas for it….it Should be available here! I love your videos too! ❤️❤️❤️

🦀 Sadly, Rosemary the rants came with the original package, not much I can do with them. Though, I do edit quite a few out (that sounds awful, doesn't it hahahaha, but it's all in good fun and bc usually I don't hear anyone else saying the stuff and I know I'm not the only one who's irritated...just the one who speaks up and out. Gotta go with your strengths right? 😂🤓) Well, if it makes you feel any better, we can't get Scotch here currently either. Ohhhhh the horror 😱 (#that's sarcasm 🥸) Thanx so much for hangin' out here for a bit and taking the time to comment 🌊

Yes, you’re absolutely right I do glue quite quickly and carelessly, I bog down creatively if I slow down, lol! I absolutely admire how thorough you are! But I have been using the Avery purple glue exclusively for at least three years after I bought it by the bushel in case the world fell apart in 2020. So I did a little test and I went back to my journal of 2021 and tugged on any loose corner and was pleased to see that wherever I glued, it was still stuck down tight. So it was good to feel that it did seem to be permanent. So when I do go through and glue down any corners, I only need to do it once. 🎉! You are right, the Avery glue is softer and it does leave lumps that need to be smoothed out. I enjoyed using the Moore glue because I didn’t have those lumps. I still have quite a bit of glue, so it will be a while before I buy again but next time I will try the Avery white. I love the pink page, and it looks after you’ve arranged it so it looks like you’re looking at the kitchen as a whole! It’s awesome! I used to do more fussy cutting, but I am leaning now towards less and using my squares artistically! Love the drinks page! my niece goes to the derby every year because she married into a horsey family and have had tickets forever. I can believe the amount of mint julep sold! They seem to be holding a different one in every photo! Had to laugh at you, changing the serving size to 2 on that recipe! You go, girl! I agree you don’t have to glue the pages together for strength. You’ve got a page on top and a page on the back already with your images. I’m not finished watching, but I have to leave so I will continue my comments when I come back and watch the rest of the video! Otherwise, I might lose the comment! I forgot to comment as I went along after I came back. 😱 but it’s because I was so fascinated with your pages! Very very fun and I do think that the little beastly looks great up next to the green foliage. I think she stands out beautifully there, and I did have to laugh about the good plies looking pink poop! I have always loved good&plenty candy but I will have to lose that image before I indulge again ha ha! Cleaning was great and especially the green hairy arm! All in all you did Spring proud and now I can’t wait to see how Amy did her pages!

Whatever works for you, Works!! I love your stuff and it's important to keep up that creative momentum 🤗 That's so cool that she gets to go to the Derby every year. I'd love to go once just to experience the whole thing. Hats, juleps and all. Looks like great fun. Except for the horses...not sure they're having any fun. Thank you so much for coming back to finish the video, that means a lot, it make such a difference. It's un-nerving to see the average watch time "7 minutes" when it took hours and hours to record and edit...It's viewers like you that keep us going. Pretty crazy, Amy and I did more things similarly this time around than all the others combined...weird 🤔 So glad the purple Avery works for you, I've found the white Avery to be just a bit sturdier, not many lumps if any at all. Sort of between Moore and Scotch on the scale. Such a pain, I feel like Goldilocks: this one's too soft, that one's too dry, that one is too lumpy...boo-hoo 😂

@@TheCrabbyCrafterlol oh yes, I always give you a full watch. My son-in-law has a channel and he has always said that if you get an average of even 4 to 5 minutes you’re doing better than most. Just remember that the people that are important and that love your channel are watching it all the way through. It’s just those people who chance upon it or race to the end to see what you’ve done and not watch the process that spoil the numbers.
