    Why is footwork so important.. s a soccer player i used to train it verry hard and became really fast with it .. but thrn i quit and only focused on top speed , aceleration and for agillity i got my lateral bound work , ahillity cone drills, hip rotation stuff but never the Footwork part. Could you explain me what you would do diffrent 🤔
