Here's five explosive drills for athletes that will increase your lower body power, strength, and explosiveness to jump higher. When it comes to jumping higher & increasing your vertical jump you should add exercises like these into your workout. performing these exercises will also help translate to your speed and running ability as well. So add some of these explosive exercises into your training routine so that you can increase your vertical jump & explosiveness.
