Many of the most gifted players don't know how to push themselves to their limits because they've never had to. If you're dedicated and work hard you'll surpass many of the players that are in front of you right now 💪🏼🧠

Here you go. I like when somebody is giving those little hints and cues each time teaching. No landing on forefoot, what is not loading only the achilles tendon, but the posterior chain too, in a totally unstable position. In plyometrics this is what causing a lot of injuries. 8:42 - "I land heel down, strike the ground !" You load the achilles tendon and the posterior chain flat footed, with the forward lean / motion and gravity, so you can create stability and torq ! Essentially instead of the outer and inner part of the forefoot, you add the heel in. The tripod is the first stable structure in case of ground contact. Of course, for the softness and a very important timing facet here in case of load. We do not bang the heel full power to the ground. It is flat footed landing, with a minuscule emphasis on the forefoot when landing, but definitely a totally balanced stance, the moment you apply power !

One of the hardest thing I find is to engage the gluts 100% because we tend to use our quads instead. One can tell if a runner is using the gluts 100% by observing whether his/her hips are high or not.
