This bike can never compete with a factory Dakar rally bike

Beautiful build! The livery is fantastic, just perfect! The bumblebee livery is the ultimate Yamaha colours! The bike is pure the perfect art/engineering blend...gorgeous! What a great dual purpose/adventure bike this would be!

You guys build some very impressive bikes. Loving the wr's. I'm building a 2003 wr450f with 106 miles on it for it's 20th anniversary. My budget is 20,000. U.S. so it should be a monster when I finish. I'll definitely give you credit as one of my favorite builders as well as the WOB. Cheers

I love the yellow! I had a yellow Yamaha back in the late 70's. it was my first bike and I jest have so much joy in seeing bikes that remind me of her. ;p

Being such a big Yamaha fan, could we perhaps see a road legal, rally/adv build of the NEW 2024 WR450f, which is said to be quite a big improvement over previous generation?

Happy Holidays Manuel. Since you build all these custom 450 Rally Raid ready bikes, I had couple questions about steering damper. What types of steering dampers do you see on Rally type bikes? Always over handlebar type like Scotts or do you also see under steering damper like the HyperPro? Thanks.

hi Manuel how heavy is the tower incl the plastics? and why a wrap-around exhaust, id expect its more labourintensive if you need to work on the engine?? looks good, might show my WR450 off.. when its finished.. 👍🏼👍🏼

Amazing build! Just one question the electric fuel pump located on the extra tank will only deliver half of it's capacity to the main fuel thank, does that means that it is not possible to use more than half of the capacity of the extra fuel tank?

Hi Sergio, the fuel pump can be programmed as we made a little ecu where we can set a timer that we want for it to shut off automatically because if you leave and forget electric fuel pumps on this will result in the fuel pump breaking

@@ManuelLucchese1 Oh it work in time frame basis I understand, what would be the maximum fuel capacity that you could use off of the external fuel tank without having to risk braking the fuel pump?

I have a wr450f 2018, would like one of those rear fuel tanks. Had a look at the Rally Kit site and cant see the fuel tank ?? Where do you buy from ?? THANKS

Battery I put a lithium battery whereas stator I keep stock

Non solo Yamaha sara gelosa di questa WR450f rally, ma anch'io da trialista che non ha senso.

So you worry about the coolant hoses but keep the original radiators? Why not using bigger radiators? Why a RNS remote control but no RNS tripmaster? Where do you mount the IRI track? I don't see an option to mount the rally compulsary rear mirror. 7 liters fuel added, is that all? Enough for 250kms in the desert? No rear wheel shock dampers? The gear box will not like that. But at least you took care of beauty..

Thomas Schattat there is on the left side of the tower the Iritrack bracket placement we just didn’t install it as for Tuareg it’s not needed. The owner of the bike already had an Ico trip and a MigTec Roadbook so installed what he gave me. Fuel capacity for Tuareg rally 15 liter is enough for Morocco desert challenge we will place a front 15 liter and keep the rear 7 liters. The bike is built to race first Tuareg which is a much easier rally, for MDC Iritrack, Ertf GPS, antennas and extra fuel and rear Cush drive wheel will be mounted but it would be senseless to install them for Tuareg and maybe end up damaging the Ertf, Iritrack etc that is not used

Alejandro Aros hi Alejandro! Thanks a lot!!! Unfortunately for Tuareg rally it was still compulsory at the moment of the build. Instead in the FIM rallies I didn’t know about it as a few things are changing like also the obligation of air bag on the rider for Dakar so I will definitely go check the rule you sent me :) . Will I see you at Dakar 2021??

@@ManuelLucchese1 Unfortunately not, this year I was out in the fifth stage, so my plan was to compete again in 2021, but the coronavirus situation makes it impossible for now to get the economic resources

Depends, if you need to race it in a Rally the nav equipment, tanks etc is necessary or they won't let you take the start
