    You are a fantastic chef--I have now been watching your vlog for years--amazing--love the new kitchen--you will enjoy it, I am sure...the soup looks luscious--there is nothing on the planet like Marcona almonds--I could eat every day forever and never tire of them (not readily available where I live--only by mail order--lucky for the almond companies--a bit expensive for us anyway)... dts/usa

    The new kitchen is lovely! Congrats :) I love your videos (I’m mostly vegetarian, but eat fish and shellfish a few times per month) and really like that your former kitchens show that anyone can make your fantastic recipes no matter what kind of stovetops they have.     to make sure that the almonds get properly mixed, start with a small amount of water and the almonds mix them first and after that you can add the rest

    If you substitute ice for water, you can serve your soup chilled directly from the food processor. 1 cup of ice is a little over .5 of a pound.

    you can use a whole grain bread or just skip it all together, it won´t be as thick, but the flavor will there :) much love

    This looks and sounds so delicious! At first, when I saw the presentation, I thought the green garnish was going to be green olives, not green grapes! (I wonder if a little of both would be good? Or would the olive flavor overwhelm the almond cream?)

    The average store bought almond milk is only 8 to 12% almond puree. The rest is water, thickening agent and chemicals. Store bought almond milk will just turn this into some watery garbage.

    Pro-tip: absolutely use a high speed blender; most food processors are going to have a v. difficult challenge blending it to a creamy texture.
