I think these model comes with deffect bcuz out of nowhere mine the left side stop working but there is a blue light pulsing & the botton works but no sound

My case won’t stop flashing and won’t charge.

Thought my left earbuds sound was acting up so I found this vid. Turns out that it's just my dumb blocked ears and not the ear bud. Lol

I cannot even turn off the right bud whitout putting it in the case

My right earbud is just not even letting me factory reset it. It keeps just stopping the music or video that's playing and saying power on battery 100% Bluetooth connected.

El audifono izquierdo solamente carga mas no funciona. Ademas pasado unos segundos que lo puse en el cargador, la luz naranja parpadea por 1 minuto casi. Que puedo hacer?

Si intentaste todo y aún nada, no se bro realmente, opta por contactar algún soporte técnico de SONY y si son nuevos aún pues regresarlos por otros, me gustaría ayudarte más pero no sé mucho en ese caso, un abrazo crack

Osea como puedes ver en el video, presiona ambos botones del centro por 15 segundos más o menos hasta que la luz naranja prenda, cuando empieza a parpadear entonces presiona los 2 botones nuevamente por unos 10 segundos hasta que las luces empiezan a prenderse y parpadean 4 veces, pero esta vez lo hacen de color azul, mira el video nuevamente y fíjate en los colores por si te perdiste, ya está, gracias por el apoyo. He perdido un audifono, ahora quiero usarlo en otro dispositivo pero no puedo desvincularlo del antiguo dispositivo, ¿que puedo hacer'?

Ve a Bluetooth en tu teléfono, selecciona el nombre de los audífonos y dale a desvincular

@@BEPlifestyle ya está desvinculado del otro dispositivo, el problema es que el nuevo dispositivo no encuentra el Bluetooth del audífono. Para poder vincular a un dispositivo nuevo, ¿es obligatorio contar con ambos audífonos? Recuerde que solo tengo uno. Muchas gracias por tomarte tu tiempo en responderme.

Mines only have sound on one side and I also connect them with my tablet and still the same

@@antonioperez3164 Not really but because they were new I contacted the company direct and they issued a replacement without even asking me for a receipt
