i just fixed my problem! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you first activate the pairing mode on the ear phone and only after that activate the bluetooth on the pc, if you activate the pairing mode with the bluetooth already on the pc wont see the earphones

I had to hold the buttons on both earbuds down and then keep pressing both buttons together for them to be discovered, just pressing one button and having both of them flash with the blue light was not enough for my PC to pair. Either we all have a weak bluetooth reciever or the pairing function on these Sony earbuds is really bad.

Not working with fully charged and everything I only have one though I lost the other one but I’ve connected hundreds of times with just one but now they won’t

Can sony send us any update for buds which allows us (users) to customise button or touch control as per our own usability. Because only thing which is not comfortable to use in buds is touch or button controls.

Alright guys, I don't know if I got really lucky, but I am finally able to connect them. I went into the add device in the bluetooth section, then bluetooth where it scans devices. I holded both of the earbuds for five seconds, and they magically appeared. Maybe I got lucky, but idk. I am really sorry if that still doesn't work for you guys

How to pair WF C500 to laptop and your phone? Click both earphone for 5 second. And sametime you click bluetooth logo in device laptop/phone.

I have the opposite problem! Getting them exchanged on Amazon.

It doesn’t work. Never had a problem with other sony ear buds. This one sucks with pairing and getting it in pairing mode. The quality is good but it works when it wants to work. I’d say don’t try to save money by buying this. If you are sony audio fan boy like me get the somewhat nicer one without the connectivity problems.

Take out the two buds and make a 69. It will magnetically stick. And lonnggg 10 sec press both buttons.. it will run into paIring mode. Enjoy!!

The headphones are bad, they stop working every six months, I've had them for a year now, and every six months I have to go to the store to get them repaired 🤬
