My left earbud is orange in the case but as soon as i take it out it doesnt blink at all but my right side works fine

I can clarify my situation a bit more, I think I've dropped the case one too many times and my right earbud sustained too much drop damage so no matter how many times I recharge or reset the headset the only solution is clearly buying a replacement... mine comes tomorrow and btw the wfc500 isnt covered by sonys warranty so third party sellers are the way to go. Hope this is useful to you guys 🥰

Tje right ear blinks in the case and doesn't work qhen out of the box. What do i do?

Maybe is a little bit unexpected but I fixed it trowing the earbud to the floor and then it charged well, I hope this works for you

I see that everyone here is having this same issue. I'm just about to replace them with the other earbuds. I got only 6 months of usage and they do this? Not worth 80$.

My left one keeps flashing orange non stop and it doesnt even turn on anymore, ive tried almost everything and now my right one is startinh to do the same thing but occasionally it turns on but after a few seconds it just disconnects after a few seconds

i have the same problem, the only thing that helps me is pressing and move the earbuds inside the charging box, but it take me an eternity until the orange light stay and be sure is charging 😪

Wfc500 earbuds are worst just want to throw them away

These shits is broken. Both pf the headphones play, but they will not connect to the charging case at all. They'll play in the case, no charge. They're at 50% now, this is horrible.

unfortunately, different people often have different problems with these headphones. So if I were you, I would use the manufacturer's warranty or try to send it to a service center.
