I hope to shoot the first video for the upcoming console stereo project this week, and then I'll finally be able to order the parts this unit needs. I'm not making any money from these videos so they're not a high priority for me right now.

The voltage amplifiers in these are known to go bad

You mean the three uPC2581V in the amp? Yeah, one of mine was bad, causing the protection circuit issues in video 3. Removing it brought it back to its original "no output" problem. I have not found the cause of the lack of output yet, and probably never will at this point. It's not worth any more of my time to work on this. My going theory is that one or more control ICs on the digital board took damage on this one. The amps work after the volume control, they're just not getting a signal.

@@Oklawolf Yup, i just replaced the mainboard out of another amp, once those ic's blow they take about 5 parts with them
