3:30 and 4:30 AM is very spiritual. If you ever wake up around this time, make sure you look at the sky, relax and pray. Simply manifest whatever you want, have faith. Don’t doubt.

God woke me up at 2am once and told me to get up n read my Bible, when I looked over at my phone which was lit up it was on the Bible app, I clicked on the app it open to psalm 5. At first I didn’t understand what it meant, I now understood clearly what God was trying to tell me. The key is “psalms 5vs1-3”

The night I decided to stop my drug addiction, god manifested that same night I threw away my drug. I cried like a baby, it’s been 2 weeks since that happened and I always wake up at 3:15 or 3:30 and sleep peacefully on sundays. To this day I am thankful and so on the future. True story !

I wake up around 3:15-3:30am everyday. It never occurred to me that I was being made to wake up at that time. I set my alarm for 3:30am to have a relaxed beginning to my day by simply enjoying the silence and low light. It’s my time. It’s very important to me because it sets the mood for the day. A rushed and hectic morning without some sort of intention setting is a negative and chaotic day. A quiet and relaxed morning is a relaxed day. I’ll get up early for that. If you want to learn to have genuine wisdom, you must first cut off desire. How can you cut off desire? By not fighting, not being greedy, not seeking, not being selfish, not pursuing personal advantage, and not lying. These six great principles are the Dharma jewel for cutting off desire and obtaining genuine wisdom. What are deviant views? If you fight, that's deviant views. If you're greedy, that's deviant views. If you seek, that's deviant views. If you want to be selfish, that's deviant views. If you want to benefit yourself, that's also deviant views. If you always lie, that's deviant views as well. In cultivating the Way, you must base yourself on not fighting, not being greedy, not seeking, not being selfish, not pursuing personal advantage, and not lying. Only then will you have proper knowledge and proper views and be able to cultivate the Way. If you don't cultivate these six and yet you want to say you're a cultivator, it's impossible. If a person has thoughts of fighting and thoughts of greed, if he seeks fame and profit, if he advertises himself or gets people to worship him, if he is selfish and out for personal advantage, and if he doesn't tell the truth, you should know that such a person has the state of a demon. If you are able to not fight, not be greedy, not seek, not be selfish, not pursue personal advantage, and not lie, then that is the Proper Dharma dwelling in the world. Our goal in cultivation is to stop all thoughts of fighting, thoughts of greed, thoughts of seeking, thoughts of selfishness, thoughts of pursuing personal advantage, and thoughts of lying. We want to prevent them from acting up. At that point, wisdom will come forth and emit great light, shining through the darkness of ignorance. Then we will be able to understand our mind and see our nature, and attain the goal of our cultivation. Not fighting, not being greedy, not seeking, not being selfish, not pursuing personal advantage, and not lying--these are all considered the true mind. When the mind applies effort truly, all karmic hindrances will be eradicated. If the mind is not true, then your karmic hindrances will follow you. How can you be free of afflictions? The method is extremely simple--just not fighting, not being greedy, not seeking, not being selfish, not pursuing personal advantage, and not lying. If you can do that, then all your outflows will be eliminated, and your afflictions will also be subdued. Why is it that you cannot be at ease and without obstructions? Simply because you still have fighting, greed, seeking, selfishness, and the thought to pursue personal advantage. Therefore you cannot be at ease. What is genuine science? Not fighting is science. Not being greedy is science. Not seeking anything is science. Not being selfish--now that's true science. Not pursuing personal advantage--that's also true science. Further, if you can also not tell lies, then that's genuine science.

Life Progress - Health, Wealth, & Happiness Channel Truth! Thanks! Love this quote and feel the truth! I wonder if intelligence is caused from wondering? If that’s so did we wonder into birth, hence when parents meet at least some is it wondering that meets two souls? In some cases yes... but in others I know there’s marriages that are known to happen before hand, so that would possibly be the same as wondering into birth simply put because before sacred energy exchange the souls wonder into the transcending sacred energy between energies... I wonder tho lol... and to answer if intelligence is caused from wondering I would suppose so simply because when you wonder about something you can gain intelligence from having a open mind!

I've recently taken steps further into my spiritual journey. I have been waking up (without alarm/disturbance) at 3am and 3h30 for the past year. I've never been able to go back to sleep. I use the extra time in the morning to exercise, stretch or meditate. I am fairly sure I am the first one up and the last one asleep on my team... and I'm the top performer. Everyone asks me how I am not exhausted from my schedule and I've never really had an answer other than "I get it done". This video blew me away. It is all about managing your chemical factory as Master Sadhguru explained. I have found my chemical balance in terms of mental and physical stress. I have been promoted 3 times in 3 years and I've gone from a 240 lbs sympathy pregnancy dad bod to a 195 lbs beach body powerhouse. I hope that everyone who watches this retains the crucial lesson. They say the internet is to blame for how society is today... let's look at that a different way shall we?

@pan peter This is partly true indeed, however for most highly intelligent creatures it is much more easy to take simple ways. where most humans make useless systems and long documents, this is all useless to a highly intelligent creature since they can do things more easy. the main reason things highly intelligent creatures do , speak, and make seem complex is because they lool after a lot more complex things and those things are often very simple and easy to understand do for highly intelligent creatures. the thing is ones a highly intelligent creature knows, understands how something works they know it and make it better in their mind. when they feel like something or get interested in something they get all kinds of thoughts which in many cases cause some wonderfull and often fun things. this is why the current schooling system doesn't work for them if they don't start at a special university, if they don't feel like it their mind creates other routes which are (actually)more simple(however mostly they are the only ones to understand it since less intelligent can't really link, visualize, imagine, etc. the things they do). They don't need to know where something can be used but they need to know everything that is involved and lies beneath it to truly use this and they directly link possible uses or things that might once need to be associated with it to it. this is what most less intelligent see as complex, but it is often actually something that they otherwise might use but don't care to know or know they use it. now if we take something simple like a wheel. most would say it rols better than a square because it is round. a highly intelligent person(when inventing) would say somethin about how the square seems to brake and accelerate based on the positive and negative angle of the current point which at that moment touches the ground. after experimentation it turns out that objects which are more weighted at one side tend to fall that direction and that a balance point seems to change based on weight difference. so if you would draw the weight to be always at the exact same point relative to the contact point of the rolling object then when that object would be 2 dimensional and roling over a exactly flat line you will most likely get a circle. ofcourse the optimal shape might differ based on the underground so if you have a predictable and most likely repeating patern you will have a other shape and size to fit best while in a less predictable circumstance or one with a to large pattern causing a differenciating/mechanical shape work bether. a example of this is a rubber tire when riding on a flat surface it will ride bether when as hard as possible (this part would make it to long so I took it away) while a soft tire would work bether on a unstable or rocky road(not only with grip, but also with reducing the energy lost due to impacts and gravity point shifting).

Honestly, I've found that the most important thing with Yoga is consistency. Obviously proper form helps a lot, too, lol! But seriously, it's better to do it for 5 minutes every single day than for a whole hour once a week. Setting short session time goals can also help tremendously with motivation, as just getting started is often the hardest hurdle to overcome. Of course, once I do get started, I often well exceed my original goal time. Yet I do have those times, sometimes even for months on end, when for whatever reason, I'm just not into it. Then the same five minutes becomes a bit of a begrudging chore & then the benefits of consistency really shine!

I was blown away by this video. See, I am a Muslim and our religion tells us that God gets a step closer to us in the last part of night. He listens and responds to every supplication. That is the reason the prayer of Tahajjud ( Night Prayer ) is of so much significance as it is performed during the last part of night. From my understanding, the last part of night is exactly what Sadhguru mentioned. After that, night starts to fade away. I was pleasantly surprised to know that God has made this known to Yogi's.

Good time to get gods blessings. Thats why generally kids are advised to get up and study at that time. People who experienced and benefited may agree this wonderful information.
