Grandma & Grandpa & Great-grandma all said the recipe to living longer eat on time everyday, listen to your stomach as to not starve it or overfill it . Walk every day don't sit for long periods. Have a social life as life is not about just working. Laugh & cry hard when you have too, it's ok to cry it releases the pain in the heart & soul & cleanses your spirit to keep going. Thinking positive thoughts don't let negative vibes bother you remover yourself Frome I've situation or people.. My great grandma was still walking up 2-3 miles or more a day.in steep terrain.almost everyday she was shy about 1 to 2 years from turning 100 when she passed in her sleep.🙏🏽
For approx 8 months I've cut out meat and allllll junk food. I used to eat chips and fried fast foods and felt sluggish.now I est tons of vegs and salads.my treats are now healthy.i feel amazing sleep less tons of energy. The cost is a little higher but I eat less bc now my body gets what it needs not lacking so always hungry. I actually crave my salads and vegs. So I spent minimally higher but the changes within my body is amazing and never crave crap foods.

I love this, but most people don't understand that plants and garden are living things as well, plants and trees have feelings, they communicate with one another. They feel pain, they are Living entities as well, when you eat they are also plucked and dead before they reach your tables...bacteria, virus, parasites are smaller living things...just saying

Some difference between Buddhism and what Sadhguru teaches: 1. Understanding of emptiness - in the advanced schools of Buddhism emptiness is the lack of self - nature, i.e. everything we perceive is our own projection (Buddhism) vs. some vague explanation of maya, or veil, covering simple non-existence. 2. The importance of non-objectified love (wishing happiness), which makes life meaningful and happy, and then long existence is just joy, the opposite of suffering. Love

I fully agree with Sadhguru. Whatever I’m doing my weight does not change. All i do is eat non packaged food. It is as simple as that. Of course your wife/husband must support else you can’t do it. 😆

That is not true. If your husband/wife do not want the same from life.. they want to follow the wrong path.. you do not follow them. It is your choice - your body - your choice. Yes it is easier to be supported by your partner but what if one does not have a partner - you have to do things on your own. You came into this world on your own and you do on your own. Do you think your partner will die with you if you die before him/her? Obviously not.

Your weight doesnt change because you are not on a caloric deficit, simply you eat and drink more calories than you burn by moving your body. All these Sadhguru's stories are bullsh*t.Its actually extremly simple, just increase your activities, walk, run, exercise, do something and be aware of food you are eating.Every other advice overcomplicates problem. The main issue is that people are so freaking lazy and thats why we have so many fat persons.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

To anyone who are considering to go vegan: Don't just go vegan and think it's an easy task. You've got to do a whole lot of research to know what you are doing. It can be healthy if you have a lot of knowledge about nutrition and how to apply that knowledge in practical terms to meet your nutritional needs. I would recommend to go vegetarian first, and then vegan after a while. Humans are creatures of habit, and change can be very hard for us, especially when we are trying to change something we have been doing our whole lives. And to go vegan is a huge lifestyle change. Transition slowly away from meat, while you learn different vegetarian/vegan recipes, take as long time as you need. There's no need to put ourselves in boxes like carnivore, vegetarian, vegan etc. Transitioning to something like a vegan lifestyle can be hard, and there will be a lot of slip ups. I recommend staying away from the vegan community as they can be extremely judgmental and judge anyone who make mistakes. Very toxic.. They are a cult who scare people away from their mission to save animal lives. People think that this vegan shit is too hard, and I don't want to be put in the same box as these crazy people, so I might as well go back to eating meat every day again. We would save waaaay more animal lives if people were allowed to take things at their own pace and follow their intuition when it comes to eating. If they allow themselves to not fit any box they might eat vegan for the most part and meat once in a while, instead of meat every day because they believe they could never "go vegan". To encourage people to eat mostly vegan/plant based is better. Trust that when they notice all the health benefits, they will naturally want to eat less meat. Being told to go vegan doesn't sit right with most people, they need to come to that conclusion themselves.

It goes without saying that our timeline in this world was predetermined by the CREATOR ! No one - however high or mighty one may be - can evade it - however hard and long one may try ! We make it true by our interpretations of what it is we are seeing.
