Ever since a little girl I can never sleep in the night, but i use to witness alot of spirits in my room just glowing green translucent light and i was only six, i was a bit scared and whole night i would be chasing spirit, to be at that age and know they were spirits was a bit surprising. At the age of 10 and into my teens to adulthood i still couldn't sleep in the night, and when i finally fell asleep probably around 1:am or 2 :am i would have to wake up 4:am in the morning to help my mom prepare for sales cooking and catering work and then later prepare for school, Now im in my early forty's and find myself still can't sleep in the night, only coming to 1:am and 2:am i may fall asleep and still wake up at 3: am. And 4:am Well because im up i pray, i do my KZread videos and i may fall back to sleep about 5:am and get up about 9 - 10 am in the morning. Is there a solution. Through out the years i sometimes experience brain fog.
