Learn the art, how to do it in a pleasant manner the thing you dislike. No book, no guru can do it 4 u. U are intelligent enough to do it. I just love being in the company of you, Sadghuru. Your voice is entirely blissing me out in truth and in sound.
I am in the wrong company and sometimes i have the urge to crack open the filth. Fortunely i can resist that, (it's difficult at times), because it's not my true self that wants to do that. In retrospect, I am always relieved that i was able to resist it and that I have remained true to myself. Through my parents, especially from my mother i'v learned how to 'not' do it. She was so unhappy and she never could accept that it is the way it is or even tried to make it better for herself and her 5 kids. She wanted to break iron with her hands and she couldn't, that frustrated her so much that she couldn't live the life she wanted! That also, later in my life, opend my own eyes. Up to this day i feel so sad for her. RIP mama!🙏
