So what your really saying is that you taught yourself what no teacher could ever show you how. as Sadhguru has showed you how to find the knowledge on your own not really teach u anything but how to use and function and operate yourself ..a human handbook so to speak .he's done the same for me my friend.

Very true sister

I had suffered very bad depression for almost 20 years on and off and the only thing that helped me overcome it was regular meditation. Even though it was very difficult to create that habit I feel that it saved me. Healthy diet and exercise also helped.

I'd suggest adding A-U-M chanting (there are guides on YT by Sadhguru himself, and reading his book Inner Engineering). These things helped turn my life around. All the best x

you might want to use Ashwaganda or Vitamin D3 to complement meditation

Sadguru is a phenomenon. He leaves me speechless and I find myself in a trans because when I focus deeply at what he is saying I feel this is what I have been yearning for ever since I became aware of myself and the world around me from the age of 5 upwards. No book, no person, no knowledge from anywhere helped me to understand the way he does. I truly feel like bowing to him as a master and practitioner of the possibilities I have as a human being. I have been a teacher myself for 38 years+ of instruction only and I have been so unhappy and unfulfilled because I had not met a teacher myself till now to show me how to liberate myself beyond the karma. I yearn for all that he is but how do I ensure I acquire in this lifetime??

I no longer try controlling my mind nor it, I. I'm knowing how to be now and if I hadn't come across Sadhguru then maybe I'd never know. So thank you, beyond words and measures, you have my deepest gratitude 🙏

His full of wisdom words helped me a lot through some challenging times. I watch these videos every night before I go to sleep and it makes me feel so calm and extatic about life. I started a process from which my goal is to become a more joyful human being, it is not always something easy to do, but now I have a better relationship with my own mind. Thank you, Sadhguru!

A wise man can teach you alot. Wisdom comes from life experiences. Learning is part of life's journey. I have learnt alot listening to him. :)

How can any BEing dislike this video and its wisdom. The play of duality is strange and brutal.

I have never heard another besides myself say “hello?” The way he is doing In person to get someone’s attention. I feel very aligned in my Being.

He helped me open my eyes in life. So grateful for his teaching.

I had to first learn to care for myself, to forgive myself and everyone who intentionally harmed me. My whole life was doing everything for everyone else. I thought I was being punished for all the good deeds I've done. Thru listening to his teachings I realized I was knocked down and in the ten years I was I'll. I was treated with disrespect, dismissed because dead nurses can't sue. I am not the suing type. I had so much to overcome nobody thought I could do it even my therapist. He said it's related to seizures and you are not in control. I am now in control thank you so much. Now I understand that I was punishing myself for past mistakes. I wake up happy every day. I had nothing and nobody left. Well I don't have time for them anyhow. Lol I struggle for a few moments each day to meditate. I cannot stay awake at nite so I'm working on finding one hour a day to sit quiet and do my meditation. I DO have my dad 81 years old. We have coffee every day. I'm so grateful for him and my 2 dogs. My peace of mind, my improving health. Money will come. I'm not too worried. I am not a spender unless it's for someone else. My fiance died from my illness nearly 4 years ago as did a friend. Everything happens for a reason. I was a very successful RN but it was perhaps the worst decision I have ever made. Disabled now I feel my mind is a million times better due to his teachings. Something I would have never had time to find out otherwise. Ty

That I absolutely adore with my ENTIRE heart and soul...truly...I mean He is trying.. with all his might..to answer your question! Everything is so simple and with the falls beliefs that was created everything was made complicated Look at the small kids thats how we should be , happy curious. Just enjoy everything Don’t cry over something or someone you’ve lost but smile that it was in your life. It’s not easy I have 4 grandchildren never took them to church so any belief can be put in their mind I just love them , all thanks to what Sadhguru is explaining. At 51:00 he gives us what not to do (paraphrased a bit) "Unfortunately, putting 'what you want' first, and then starting 'to do things' has become the norm in this part of the world, for which everyone is going to pay a price." This video is the first on his teachings that I have listened to, and I am hooked. Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, and David Bohm, I have also been consuming (insatiablely) since the 'pause.' So refreshing to find someone in present day speaking timeless truths.
