I have empathy for your current situation. I just returned from Florida visiting my sister. She had major surgery in September and her recovery is very slow.

Oooh Dan...a tear almost ran down my leg as I saw you prepping those noodles mate 😂 When you feel like you've lost your mojo and don't feel like getting out there...remember what they tried with us 3 years ago. And you did it at the best time of the year and got the chance to film the King and Queen of the woods too...a blessing buddy. When they say in years to come "What did Dan do before he died, don't let it be "Oh, he turned blue and shit on the carpet"! I love solo camping, allows me to destress and collect my thoughts. Nothing better than listening to the last bird song and the dawn chorus...with a bit of Tawny Owl in between. I get on my ebike, sling on a backpack, fill the panniers and bags and off I go mate. When I thought my life outdoors was over, the ebike changed my life and hot me out to places I otherwise wouldn't have had the chance to visit overnight again. Oh, am soooo tempted to get one of those cocoons and a hammock that works with it. Atb mate

Hey Dan, you're brave to attempt eating those spicy noodles. I can't have spicy foods that are very hot now-a-days, not like I once used to, but when it comes to soothing your burning mouth, never sip a cold drink - it only adds fuel to the fire (so-to-speak). I find that taking one or two sips of a hot beverage, although it will burn for a second or two, it removes the heat in the mouth INSTANTLY! I always have a hot beverage on stand-by when having something hot...it works for me EVERYTIME! Great video once again! Keep your chin up and stay strong...things WILL improve! God bless!!
