Whilst attending Barry Long's Master session in 2000 I had the experience of dropping through the Solar plexus into the vastness of the Solar Universe. I experienced every cell of my body expand & then relax, my mind stunned into absolute stillness.. I long to be in that state as much as possible, as often as possible. Barry Long's teaching saved me & showed me what peace is. I have deep gratitude always for Barry Long 🙏
