You can find it at fair and square in Trinidad or on amazon ( flat icing spatula)
Ok…. I have wasted anywhere from 10 -20 pounds of flour over the years trying to make these without a single puff! I always end up with a giant hard biscuit in the end that I throw out. I am going to try your recipe and say a prayer!
Natasha great cook yummy where can I get a grinder like yours?.
Hi thanks for the video! Can you post an updated link to your grinder or can you let us know the brand/model so we can look it up? Thanks so much!
Hi, Tasha, you don't add salt to the flour?
Hi Natasha thanks for the video. However is there any substitute for curry leaves? I cant seem to find it.
Awesome!😋 I see you can save dhal for later but can I make the dhal puri and save it for later? thanks! from The US. Virgin Islands.😊
Hi Natasha..I place my dhal mixture in the freezer but it got moist an sticky when defrost.how do i get it back fluffy ?

Hi how long do you leave it to rest
What could you use if don't have a grinder?
Love this video and love Dhalpuri Roti it's so delicious and very hard to find where I live so I'm going to try to make it myself! Is baking soda and baking powder the same thing or are they different?
How much flour and dahl did you use?
What can I use if I don't have a grinder?
What kind of feed pepper?
Do you have a recipe for "double" if so please post it.
Can I used a blender for the peas

I've never tried with chick peas but it will be the same concept. Boil until tender not to soft. Process / grind and follow the steps as in this video.
