All Trinis who don't know how to make roti, this is the recipe you need! Mine came out soft and silky when rolled out, and flaky and light when cooked. I used ghee and butter as my spread. First time I ever got a good result after trying 3 different recipes. Thanks Natasha!

Hands down best recipe! For those who want a smaller batch, I always half it and get 6 8” roti. I also add 1/4 tsp salt for a half batch or 1/2 tsp salt for the full recipe!

For someone who tried all other recipes and no matter how many ppl showed me I still couldn't make it.This recipe is the BEST..TY 😋
Your step by steps videos are the easiest to follow. Never in a million years did i ever believe i would be able to make buss up shut but thanks to you i did, and today would be my second time doing it. The first time i did it my uncle who once was lived in Trinidad told me he thought he was back there lol. Now my friends tease me by referring to me as "cooking with Pasha". Thank you Natasha, whenever i think of trying something new i go to your channel to see i can find a recipe and i am never disappointed. You are the best. Thank u.

This is the best video on how to make Buss Up Shut (I've watched them all). I have been making this for weeks now and it comes out perfect every time. Thank you, Natasha (love the accent).
I think that the most important ingredient for the recipe is the toddler singing in the back. Cooking needs love, and that singing was the most adorable thing😘😘😍🥰

Made it yesterday for my Trini bf.. he was happy about it and was proud of me.. lol.. thanks!! Also I don’t have crisco or any shortening so I just used butter and it turned out ok still. I also don’t have that big of a pan, I used a regular frying pan and cut the balls in half before rolling them flat.. Hope this helps to others who are wondering
