Servings: 20-22 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 150 grams of honey (1/3 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 120 grams of yogurt (1/2 cup)
- orange peel
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 350 grams all-purpose flour (1+ 3/4 cups + 1 tbsp)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 15 minutes.
