Ingredients:
Dough
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 130 grams of sugar (2/3 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 120 ml milk
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 200 grams of all-purpose flour (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling
- 250 ml whipping cream 33% fat
- 35 grams icing sugar (1/4 cup)
- 90 grams of cream cheese (Philadelphia)
Additionally:
- 50 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon of icing sugar
- 50 grams of jam
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 20 minutes.
