So I made a quadruple batch today (had a pound of cream cheese a bit past expiration date) and they turned out alright. I would suggest using 25% less sugar, these things are too sweet.

I’m a professional cake decorator and these are now my most “Asked for” cookie. I make these (have found I need to squish them down and not leave in a ball) I make a cream cheese Frosting with custard powder to put on top and they are heaven! They are good by themselves but add a buttercream or cream cheese frosting and “Magic” happens! Be warned they will be your most requested cookie by your sugar cookie lovers! They are a little time consuming but worth the extra time for sure. I no longer make sugar cookies Cz these take the cake!
