A recipe for smoked chicken in a smokehouse!
I want to tell you that our family has never tried such delicious chicken!
First, we prepare the marinade.
Ingredients: (for 2 chickens)
Water-4 l
Salt-200 gr
Sugar-100g
Peppercorns - 10 pcs
Allspice-5 pcs
Bay leaf-10 pcs
Prepare the marinade. Add salt, sugar, pepper and a bay leaf to the water. Mix everything. Bring the marinade to a boil. Leave the marinade until completely cooled. Cut the chicken carcass in half on one side. Pour the cooled marinade over the chicken so that the chicken is completely submerged in water. Leave the chicken to marinate for 2-3 days in a cold place (I put it in the refrigerator). Smoke the chickens for about 2 hours at 70-90 °C. In my case, this is a recommendation for a hot smoking smokehouse. It is better to consume chicken meat slightly chilled. Bon appetit!!!!
