Boy i'd love to have one, But I would never be able to afford anything from Pennsylvania. See, people like to make a profit. Pennsylvania's tax structure is for some reason against that. They only want you to make enough to pay your tax... Okay, You can include the fed also... , But don't forget the county, The township, The state, schools, Plus 10% at the cash register, And you begin to understand why they call Pennsylvania a Commonwealth. All wealth commonly belongs to the state! You get a high five, And told" ya man good job! Only 200 more times of that and you'll have earned a whole dollar of your own!!" Meanwhile they are prostituting to you highways that your family paid to build in the first place, And so no one has an authority to pimp them to the public, at any price. Is there license tabs on your plate? There's what's supposed to be for the roads, not tolls!

That i why i will use my striker fire s&w 9mm vs my almost $2000 springfield trp operator.....you will not get your firearm back if it is used in home defense.......I live in California......the state is looking for any reason to take your firearms......just dont get a Liberty safe people....boycott them😮

You need to show the recoil.....i have a 4 inch steel 686 and i cant do follow up shots due to the recoil on my arthritic hands......have them loaded with .38 special wadcuttets🙂

@@joshklaver47 I suppose thats close, but I just love the way the classic m 27 looks and feels... but with 8 shots in a smooth cylinder? I'm in heaven. I know what I advocated for was a 3 inch 8 shot snubby not a 4 inch full size.... but the 27 just handles great when the barrel is slim.

The 686 is nice, I used to have one but got rid of it for a parts-kit for a Browning Hi-Power. Good revolver, though. I'm just not the biggest revolver fan because I'm impatient and not very old-school.

Sorry to hear that, what were the issue and did S&W fix them with warranty?
They should make them stainless steel. It needs some shine. Or make them blue steel.

They need to make one of these with just a tiny bit of pinky purchase and a 3" bbl. Make that frame worth it... ideal compromise.

@@joshklaver47 I suppose thats close, but I just love the way the classic m 27 looks and feels... but with 8 shots in a smooth cylinder? I'm in heaven. I know what I advocated for was a 3 inch 8 shot snubby not a 4 inch full size.... but the 27 just handles great when the barrel is slim.

I got the 629 44 Magnum. Wander if I should have gotten this one or maybe the 460 magnum
How does it perform without the moon clips? I have heard mixed reviews of light primer strikes
I just wish the barrel was a bit longer. Like 4 inches

They make versions with longer barrels. Also see the M&P R8 and TRR8.

Speaking ONLY of aesthetics, I have to say that the slim, flat-sided barrel looks completely wrong alongside the fat cylinder.
