I'm a returning player but am absolutely lost. This video was so helpful with how thoroughly explained yet straight to the point it is without too much of the smite gamer slang that I have yet to pick up. I've watched a few videos but this is the best by far!

Very helpful. I started playing Smite with some friends who are all seasoned at the game, so I’ve been kinda dragging them down. This will help me pick up a little slack hopefully.

I had just started playing conquest, and was doing really bad. Got a lot of bad rep, and was pretty bummed. But then I found this video, and pretty quickly memorized and grasped the concept of each role. Your a really great explainer, and made me actually really like this game. Keep up the good work!

Very good vid my man. I've mained jungle for years now. Very good info for new players. Only one criticism. I personally didn't care for telling people to do the oracles lvl 2 as jungle. I would advise to never do this. Have your mid help early with them. Especially with the recent buff to oracles. They take A LOT less damage while still doing a ton of damage to you. Not to mention you are very vulnerable. As their mid or jungle could easily rotate to you. Remember early their jungle is in the same jungle as you.

Quick question. My main for jungle is set, on a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate set jungle, and do you have any bonus advice on set, thoth, jorm, Achilles or cupid (my main for each role)

Set is not a top 5 jungler but hes still solid, like a 7. For Set, No advice for set or thoth cause i dont play them that much, but for Jorm and Achilles (best solo laner right now) and cupid as well, just comboing their skills together is key, Jorm is really good for bullying early game and really tough to play against. But mainly for each time you play, the items that you're getting for your characters, will determine how well u do with them, Ill make a separate item guide later, cause Im still mastering it myself 👍

Lol no problem glad I could help, Duo goes on the purple buff side so sometimes its on the right, just look at the map for the purple icon 👌

sigh, just went into smite conquest and played my class im good at and got told by my other hunter in are team i should play a diferant game because i had only 4k hp dmg when i only was killing 1 other dude in left lane...when i got told to go there by are mage xD i was so confused....like i took out every tower leading up to the top...but still got told to play a diferant game @_@ iv only played this map twice and without video n mainly played every single other map...i hard core avoided this cus of pesimisim. Should i ignore n just keep learning >_>

Yea they could help, but when you go to help with the jungle buffs (lets say you help with multiple) you take some of the xp away from the jungler so something to keep in mind 👍

jungler should help the lanes that are struggeling? thats different to league :d there you would try more helping the lanes already winning jungler should take minion farm? youd rarely do that in league, basically only if the lanes needs help pushing or is absent and you can grab some in order to defend

for the most part a really good video but there are some key things that I think you really need to check your wording on. Things like saying Support and Carry go left side for example. That's not accurate you go to the purple side and for you it might be the left side but if you're the enemy team then it could be the right side. I see a lot of games where support or carry go to the wrong lane and it makes me wonder if it's not situations like this where they're told to go to left and they just don't understand that it flip-flops based on which side you're on. Another key thing is you didn't talk about stacks at all in terms of hunters blessing and guardians blessing and how the support should rotate after they have evolved their guardians blessing and start assisting the other lanes as necessary or being active and fights that are taking place.

Yeah I check myself about the left side part for the duo lane, I do end up saying the purple side as reference to the duo side and since it is a beginners guide I try not to instruct too much confusion with items and rotations just yet. Thats why in the video I say to follow your opposite role so if there role rotates then theyll follow

Great video. Pretty good at helping with the roles. Done by a smite pro player and a really good youtuber (subscribe you wont be disappointed). It is a little more generic and doesn't go into the roles as deeply but is still the best conquest video in my opinion. I had no idea how to play conquest and stayed away. Now that I'm playing conquest I rarely ever do anything else. Knowing the roles will help you dominate the game. One thing about this video is that he doesn't have enough emphasis on farming. Farming wins. Bad farmer bad conquest player. Learn your rotation... get a wave get a jungle buff. Get a wave get a jungle buff. Conquest isn't about killing other players it's about moving the pressure towards the opponent. Here is an example. Last night I played a game and the kills were 48 to 19 for the other team. We still won. They played to kill us and we played to move the minions. Kills are awesome but that isnt what will win. But remember it's a game. No one plays perfectly and the only way to get better is to play. Also dont be frustrated when you lose at first. They start you (after level 30) playing at the middle level. You wont win your first few games unless your team carries you. But after a few games you get, mostly, players at your level. And dont listen to toxic players. They are also in a starter game and most of the time do not know more then you do even though they think they do. Play your role and if your tilting remember to blame matchmaking not the other players. No one goes into a game to lose but sometimes you run into someone that will dominate you. Dont be upset just try and learn from that player. They are probably doing things that you could be doing to help your game.

Listening to your enemy is useful if you're playing Thanatos 🤣

Same i expected it to be like Dota and LoL tbh where i had a trash start as ares in conquest i can cockily start jungling and make a comeback getting my items amd gold but it seems jungling is different in Smite.

The fact that this game Forces you in to a role you do not want top play is some of the worst game design i have ever seen in an online game and is the reason i will never play it again.
