@@francesco9281 when I queue mid I get it about 1 in every 5 games. 3 of those I get support and then I get either jungle or solo for the last game (usually jung since that’s my second queue).

@@Pierseus Yeah I hate mid because whenever I play it I end up in a 1v5 vs the other team within 3 minutes of the game starting which is annoying. I genuinely don’t enjoy ADC and though I’m a good support I hate having a teammate because they do bad and immediately blame you so I like to stick with solo or jungle. Support only if my ADC is a buddy of mine otherwise if I’m stuck with it I ask the random if they are passive or aggressive and try to play to their liking.

We all know support is the Hardest role. That's a fact. You get flamed the most and you feel like you have to do everything at once or it's your fault. Jg is the second hardest.

I can relate especially when your adc doesn't know when to engage or retreat in early which forces you to stay in lane longer instead of helping mid or jg but the team kinda relies on you to initiate. But jungle is Interchangable because a jungle can't just 1v1 a mid or solo early especially with that gay fighters mask meta and vampshroud + tyrannical at it's peak I just feel like jungle is harder because you mess up 1 or 2 ganks early and get counter ganked and killed or double killed it's gg unless that lane is very skilled

Jungle is harder for the simple fact that you can let yourself get carried by your team if they are atleast decent when playing support. The support gods themselves are also very easy to play while Assasins for example require more mechanical skill atleast imo.

It’s a real toss up between support and jungle for hate tbh. But yeah, jungle and support are the hardest roles because you need to effectively farm the whole map basically and gank.

@@lxmercyxl9982 Yeah imo supp is the easiest role by far. You have to be a particularly terrible player to throw as supp. Jungle is hardest followed by mid due to how weak mage items are rn and how easily ganked mid lane is.

My support teammates: Instalok the newest God in the game. And go to whatever lane they feel like.

Had a mid instalock cu chu and then proceed to play support with no input from me the support so I had to mid as a guardian with support start. Was fun.

Jungler's role is to receive blame for everything

Yeah, probably hunters are the least versatile and mages are the most versatile, I think that's expected (you can see this from inters3ct's single-class teams video as well)

Thank you. This video is very helpful. :) I am new and so confused about roles and which lines they are supposed to be, now it is more clear. The bad thing is that my favorite heroes which I am good at when I play arena are mainly mid liners, so I am so bad because I can't choose a suitable hero and I just can't go mid line. Maybe that will improve with time. :)

Mages used to be the most common, but i’ve been seeing sylvannus and terra and cthulu and nike and tsukuyomi and chaac and a handful of others more often than I see mages right now. Mage items and some of the gods are in bad states at the moment.

I saw a sun wukong mid recently as baba yaga and lost that match 😭, I was whooping his ass but kept getting focused in team fights. Mages feel kinda bad right now when a tanky Gilga or Artio can just dive you and kill you fairly easy.

Don't you know that you are there to help duo and only duo. I have had duo complain that I (being mid lane in that game) didn't rotate into the duo lane to gank when enemy mid laner was in mid lane killing the wave. Basically, they were "F*** your lane, your role, and what you are doing, you have to help me while I push blind"

You get sup when you queue up for sup? Lucky you, I get jungle quite often, like one in three or four times when queuing supp/adc.

Would you really say hunters in the jungle role is extremely rare? Referring to the Ullr, Apollo and anhur junglers im seeing a lot in ranked this season

Meta changes. At one point we were in hunter meta where solo, mid, and adc were all hunters.

Played this game for years and still can't understand how ppl like support know when to just up and leave duo lane to roam. Outside of direct call outs and pings, rotations are what I don't understand about conquest. When do I as mid decide to leave check out the jungle if there's no call out or ping? When does solo decide welp, I've farmed enough let me go explore?

Well I haven't played smite in a while but used to play support a lot and two big reasons I knew when to leave is if my carry is ahead or I see the other support rotate.

I think when you reach the mid - late game you will be rotating. Early game/laning phase you will be with your adc ensuring they get as fed as possible. Also, if you see another getting ganked a lot or the enemy support is roaming then you’d follow them.

now this is confussing as a newbie. as a guardian where tf do i go, not mid lane, not jungle... but do i go top lane or bottom. couldnt answer this question by my own

Try to avoid getting poked, hold minions at tower line and play a bit passively. Once you got pestilence then try to poke her and be more aggressive

Ask for ganks too if your having trouble Chang'e is an easy kill without her 2

mages being extremely rare for supp seems odd imo, there are at least 6 mages that can supp (hel, change, ra, nox, baron, aphro) vs the 3 assassins (fenrir, serqet, na zha)

Not really tho Ra has no hard cc and his heal scales with power so either you build like a support and your heals are worthless on top of no cc or you are really squishy , same thing with aphro but she is slightly better since she can stun one person but just one is not enough the ult is the only real value since heal scales with power change,s only hard cc is in the ult and again like all healers it scales with power, nox is ok but she can only really lock down one person witch is not enough for a support , baron is pretty good tho while he has the can realistically only lock down one person unless you are ulting just for the pull his 2 provises great benefits for the team and a missing health heal as well as a flat heal so you are not in a dire need of power the one also reduces enemy power and attack speed and the 3 roots a guy but can slow everyone near him meaning that with your two movement speed increase for your allies they should escape and he can still do well with a build with mostly defense and aura items he does also have the utility of the brew witch is pretty nice as well

Trying to play conquest and these Smite nerds are sooo grumpy. I like playing conquest but I am not a basement nerd like most of these people. What role should Chang'e play without making these sweaty Smite players more grumpy?

Say you have to do rotations. Proceed not to explain said rotations.

It’s so frustrating playing with brain dead people who don’t do their roles… it’s like common courtesy to learn your role before you play conquest 🤷🏻. Unfortunately being a new player I’m in lobbies with the bots atm even though I have picked it up super fast (cause my friend who has played since launch and played in spl games has been reaching me)

Simple: Adc: hit the gods with basic; Mid: hit the gods with skills; Solo: engage; Jungle: kill squishy target, mid at the early, adc at the end (But in general just try to kill who is being the strongest person on the other team); Sup: just PEEL YOUR FUCKING ADC (Or whoever is dealing the most dmg)!!! YOU DON'T NEED TO PEEL YOUR SOLO, SO DON'T GO TO FRONT LINE!!! THERE'S NO WAY YOU CAN SHIELD THEM AS GEB IF YOU AREN'T AT THE BACKLINE TO BEGIN WITH!

Slight correction, for support you peel for whoever is putting out the damage. If my ADC can't hit an auto to literally save their life and my Mid can't hit abilities on a stunned target, I'm gonna save my Jungle that is going 15/2/2. Not exactly this every time but you get the idea.

I main a Chang'e solo lane, with randoms, and maintain a roughly 55-60% win rate. Mantle and cooldown/dmg works fantastic with diving the backline, in a late game team fight I can easily kill or distract 1-2 damage dealers and with a decent supp, that's an easy win

I'll never understand why anyone would pick assassins in support. They have very little CC to make them viable support. Every god is made for one role and one role only. That's why there should be role restrictions in ranked conquest so you can only play the most common class of god for the role you're given. That way the game will be fairer.

In short- countering enemy picks and games would be much boring if you have to pick most common class for role. I get that every god can't play every role, but there are much fun to play Ymir jung, or afro supp (especially when enemy doesn't get anti heal).

@@siimtokke3461 But in ranked, you earn or lose points that matter. If you want to have fun you can just play casual. Not in ranked where things are more serious. Plus there are people who don’t even play their roles at all. In this one game I played, our Support picked Sol and only built damage. We had no tank.

I'm a newbie someone explain ADC

As an experienced player, I can appreciate you explaining this, but the issue is that a lot of new players are still unaware of the vocabulary we use in MOBAs. ADC=“Attack Damage Carry” Gank=“Attack(use underhand means) to kill an enemy or steal an objective.” That’s the definition I googled or something like that. These are very important things that some new players have trouble distinguishing. I know your goal was 2 minutes or less, but even more notes on screen may help if you make another video like this in the future. It saves the new players a bit of time Google searching.
