This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I am sorry about what you have been through. I have been through something similar and was almost depressed, till I contacted a spiritual counsellor who helped me get my ex back and hence my life back.

Interesting. Who is this counsellor, and how do I meet the person?

I don't know about you, but I worry about folks that can't let go. Obsession and manipulation are horrible for the giver and receiver, and are typically based on a lie. If I was not good for someone I loved, I'd let them go. I'd want them to be happy and healthy. I'd be sad but would , and have, sent them away. Maybe after seeing the alternatives, they'd miss me after a while. Chasing someone puts them on the defensive, not on the receptive. Maybe you did not appreciate the person until they left? Its not important why they left, what's important is are you a happy healthy fun interesting supportive person? If not, work on that. If you're not obsessed, after some grief, you will remember the good times and all the things that you learned. And your next relationship will be even better. Even if it is with the same person. Good luck.
Thank you so much Mel. You have helped me so much , love all your videos ,will never forget how much you have❤ done for me ❤❤
Thanks Mel. This was so helpful. People say write in a gratitude journal daily, I do that. Some days it’s hard to think of 3 things to write down but I do it. Writing about the bad days never occurred to me, why would I want to do that. They are the worst things that happened throughout my day. After listening to this podcast I get it! Write it down and get it out of your head rather than having it rattle around in there and fester. I’m going to give this a try. I am going to become happier not kill myself trying to find happiness Thanks for doing what you do. You really make a difference by giving people ah ha moments either through your words or your guests words.
Thanka a lot, my dear, I always shadow through your videos. It always helps me.

😁 Thank you for this! 😁
I read Mahatma Gandhi's "autobiography" which is really a collection of his writings assembled into one book since he never wrote or intended to write a book about himself. He was too humble for that. In any case, it is extraordinary like he was and everyone should read it.

How to be happier 😂 joy joy joy 😊
Curious in similar context what if we replace the word with love? That’s my struggle. What does it feel like to love or be loved. 🤔

It feels good. No drama. No passive aggressive shit. There's mutual caring. Respect. Concern. Normal animals who haven't been ruined by nasty human will show you. Especially dogs treated well.
OMG Mel I love you..... "Sounds horrible"

💜 Loneliness due to isolation ( I never learned to drive a vehicle) so It's hard to meet others. I've been single eight years after being married 23 years. This lady needs a hug , communication, and a gentleman friend . Being a housewife is all I know. I'm 52 , and I would love to get back into simple writing of expressions, but not sure how.
