I would actually knock down the wall where the stove and fridge is to open it up and where the dinning room is by the door put the fridge and stove there.

I love this home, the layout is fantastic and the price can’t be beat. Definitely needs to be brought up to date but that sure won’t require much. Thank you Steven!
If I had the money, I'd buy it, site unseen....I really liked this one and it seems like it's really quiet there.

Because dog parents don't hear when their fur babies are barking incessantly. We can tune them out very easily, but our neighbors can't, lol.

The East (back ) pool is a lot larger and only goes to 5 1/2 ‘. The west (front ) pool goes to 8’. You missed the gym , bocce courts behind and showing the back pool. Thank you very much

Why would I buy a house sitting on someone else's land ? If landowner decides to triple rent every 2 years, what you going to do ? You can't move.
