This was our old home prior to renovation. Gone was the old style . I love the full renovation which really changed the look n feel. Modern contemporary design. I can still see some of the old floor plan elements. Kudos to the designer! Well done!

My favorite contemporary house so far. Feels like a Pinterest-inspired house because of the westernized details. This is definitely a well executed vision of the designer/s. I love it!

Loved the attic! Great how they’ve maximized the space. ❤

Before mas ok pa na naka disclose na ung price every house tour nila.. ngayon need mo pa I click.... for sure may purpose sila bakit ganun ang setup.. pero for me mas ok pa din ung dati na indicated na ung price.. pero kudos pa din SA team presello.. always great at touring and selling..

I love the stairs railing. Its creative. The rest of the house seems ok. The basement carport, i hope there is an easy way to transport things/foods/groceries to the upper floors without using the narrow stairs. The column and beam on the stairs to the basement seems dangerous as well, too tight fit. I wonder what happened there during construction or is that the intended design? The carport area... I hope that overhang at the ramp wont scratch big cars if they ever decided to park there. Im sure they measured it pretty well... I hope. Overall, the bedroom spaces is a lot smaller compared to the shared spaces, maybe because they expect the people there to use it minimally, like they wont stay there for a long time and its meant to lure the people to go out and socialize, hence the high ceilings, the mezzanine at the attic area for get togethers, the pool, and the big nook for shoes is actually a lil bit bigger than what im used to. I hope to see the house tour when its finished next time. I want to see all rooms and no locked doors 😅 its nice to see the furniture blemding in with the chosen materials and paint to see the overall design. Thank you for the great tour!

Terrible choice of background music.

Panget lang nang view sa lap pool. Nakikita mo mga bahay haha. Maganda sana ang bahay na ito if ang location is nasa highlands like antipolo.

Bakit ang mga floor plan/design ng mga na for sale na bahay dito sa pinas pare pareho nakakasawa tuloy panoorin.. Mas excited manood pag byo kasi for sure iba ang design.. Pero pag ganito for sale hindi ko na tinatapos nasa living room palang ako ayawan na.

Ganyan talaga pag ang client ng architect ay developers kailangan generic "pang-benta" para mas mataas yung chance mabenta at kabisado na sa construction, irereject lang ng developer ang plan kapag masyadong specific. Kaya usually mas maganda kinakalabasan kapag ang client ay yung msimong titira/may-ari. Kaya as architects mas gusto naming clients ay yung mismong may-ari wala masyadong rules and mas mailalabas ang creativity.

Ang panget ng living area sobrang liit, not a good floor plan
