I am currently working in a real state company and I've heard that some rich houses intended to make the staff's rooms small for them not to do 'tambay' sa mga kwarto nila. It's fucked up

Spacious siya pero di ginamit ng maayos ng contractor ung space 1 1 example is gumawa ng sariling building for staff tapos nagdagdag pa ng 3rd kitchen which is very uneconomical and impractical. If I were that I’d put a lower ground floor to have the staff there para mas lumuwag pa main house. Another is ung first room sa taas pagkaganda nga ng walk in closet pero jusko ang cr 🤷‍♂️
