  Great home!! Except the yellow bathtub!! Don't they sell paint for those? Umi get it, cost for a new one ECT. I'd have to fix that, even if it's only a guest bathroom. Shut up haters, I'm just saying it would look better!!

  Well you can't beat the price on that one for sure if you could afford the lot rent all year it would make a great winter home if i could afford that much lot rent id get it just to get away for the winter months but you can't beat the price greg👍

  Thank you, Denise. Yes, this is a year round park. About 40% percent are snowbirds and go home for the summer and fall.

  It's a nice place to retire if you can afford it these days but I love watching your videos to see how they live in Florida cuz I always wanted to move to Florida just never could afford it im set up in Illinois and own my own mobile home on a private lot and it's nice i just wanted to move to Florida for the weather and my old bones can't take the winters up here but I guess I'll make it ok till God calls me home God bless the U.S.A. and you all keep hitting the like button and subscribe so we can keep watching Greg's videos Thank you Sir
