Its really not a "mobile home" at this point..just because its manufactured in 3 sections and taken out there like that doesnt mean its a mobile home. These are built to the same codes as your locally built site homes, and often with even better construction than a site built. Its not exposed to mother nature while being built, you arent stuck on waiting for one contractor to get one thing to finish their part of the job, its constructed with higher standards by people that do it all day every day for the same company in the same place. There is really no benefit to doing a stick built home as this could be built as a Modular and set on a slab and it wouldnt be any different than a stick built home.

Nice home, but for just a house and no land, the price is just too high.

300k, with no pantry, would have loved to have seen deeper closets. In the other bedrooms Pantry closet in hall bathroom or a closet with shelves in the hallway. People have sheets, towels. Need storage to stack different items. Nice home.

It's a beautiful home but there's one thing that I see in the home that it needs and especially now as people are getting more into canning and preserving and stuff it needs a large walk-in pantry with also the ability to put a freezer in. Other than that it's a beautiful home that is the only pet peeve I would have with it.

I totally agree bigger pantry also laundry room need to b a little bigger for the ones who has freezers don't want to over crowd the kitchen where is the microwave over all I like it but not my favorite I really don't care for open concept I don't want my kitchen to b seen soon as u walk in need some privacy when cooking I like surprises so u have to guess what or smell but not know what I'm cooking but it's very nice

Gorgeous home. I personally prefer a kitchen sink in front of a window, but that’s just a personal preference. I wish you might have included the sizes of bedrooms, but it’s super and you guys make it fun!

I love this home, but a walk in pantry and a place to put the freezer would be fantastic!

LOVE the porch with fireplace!!

I've seen the earlier version of this home, but this one WOW! The door at the end so you can add a garage is brilliant! And the master in the back 🙌. Slightly disappointed that there is no coat closet, pantry or a place for a freezer but honestly with this layout I will deal with it! ❤

I have a modular home with drywall...bought it new ..nothing but quality. I lived in it for 25 years. .im so pleased with the durability. I have a palm harbor. My home looks like a stick built home ..so very efficient..my house stays so warm...best house I could have bought

I love the bathroom in the master bedroom

I really like a guest bath to have a wider sink base to accommodate travel items

I'm already decorating this place inside and out.... This is just lovely

We have a cape cod mod that we put on our ranch 20 yrs ago. We added a front porch back deck and garage. We built onto it later for Mom and Dad. We love it. These new ones are beautiful. Our nephew in Virginia built one too with 5 boxes to make a huge house. It's a stunner.

This is the one! Gorgeous outside and inside. The porch w/fireplace is the cherry on top. The kitchen has so much storage. I just need my pot filler over the stove. Beautiful master & bath. I love the separated sinks. I just need all of this with my 4th Bedroom. Thank you for this one! ❤❤

I would love to see a home where the extra bedrooms are the same size as the master suite is. Especially if you have four or five children

The layout is amazing! One thing I usually complain with these homes are the faucets 😅. But I love these faucets. Thank you for the wood racks too, I hate when they use wire racks. The only thing I would change are the doors! I need heavy duty doors, I just worry about break ins. Other than that, it’s perfect!

I absolutely love this home!

In 1974 we bought a double wide for $30,000.00! It still stands , although it's nothing as majestic as this home , it's still livable and at that time ,WAS affordable!

would love to see a window on either side of the kitchen sink, don't like no windows in the kitchen, also would like to see another bedroom on the end where that exterior door is.

The master bathroom layout is funky but besides that I actually love this.

Is this a MODULAR home or a MANUFACTURED home? There is a big difference. The term MOBILE HOME is no longer used as it conjures up visions of cheap housing and this house is not cheaply made. A plan would be nice as some like to refer to a plan as they rewatch the walk through. Tip: walk fully into each room and show all corners to allow viewers to see every aspect of the house. Point out the breaker box (as you did) and the washer/dryer connections. If there is a water shut-off valve (as many new houses are installing), point it out. Showing the water heater is always a good idea. The attic access would be good to locate. I like the "buddy" system of house touring. It's different and will make you stand out but try not to come off as a couple of fishing bubbies that just happened to wander in. Overall, good job and will look for future tours from you guys. This house is beautiful and done very well.

He said in the beginning that it is a mobile home he showed that it had an axle therefore it is a mobile home or manufactured home whichever word Delights you

The rear door seems to be in an odd place. I think it would be better situated off the laundry

I would like to see a mobile home made like a duplex for two family

I’ve seen a few ……they’re triple wides …something like a “mother in law” suite…… huge homes w/good size “suites”…… kitchen/living, bedroom and bathroom. Pretty nice actually.

The home looks nice but how well is it built? Does it have plywood flooring , is all wall studs and floor joist 16 oc are better? Are the cabinets real wood, are the faucets and lavs real not plastic. What type of warranties are on it.

Beautiful home! Could use upgrade on BR sinks. Ceiling fan in all bedrooms. It would be awesome if attractive grab bars are pre installed in the shower, I have to use the shower bench and grab bars.

Those are nice to have for sure. Very easy upgrade for a handy man. Also you may check with the dealers and they could likely add that for you.

It's got a really nice floor layout, all open. I would probably do a different flooring in the kitchen area just to break up all that wood and the wood or shiplap looking wall I would paint a lighter color and extend the hearth out a ways so you don't end up burning that floor.

Make all floors with vinyl wood look like front of house. NO CARPET!!!!!
