I am interested in some of these houses I need to buy one I only need one I like the house but I don’t like to pay HOA I don’t have no grass for them to cut in that house because that’s just gonna give me more problems to pay my bills I need a house like this

No, sorry, it's on there for people to look at and get an idea of what's out there. I'm not sure why it's an issue. I'll add sold to the title. There are 1000's of properties out there like this

I'd look up foreclosed (or soon to be foreclosed) housing, but I highly doubt you'll find anything similar to this.
