Girl....the slowness really got into those muscle fibers and like you said my mental focus. Most barre teachers move faster. But this is like the yin yoga of barre. Namaste ♡

@@AmysBeachFitness I want to get to your garage workouts, but we are doing some house renovation. So Barre is working out in a tight space.

I can't understand proper alignment. Would you turn to the side so I can see how you are positioning your hips & back? Thx
I've been walking and doing other exercises since the New Year but tell me why just a few minutes into this I am breathing and sweating like I ran a marathon?! I must be really out of shape because a few leg stretches/poses or whatever has me in disbelief SMH. Good work out but I didn't stretch or warm up in the beginning (it wasn't included here) but I should have.

Hi!!! Thanks for your note... barre is VERY DECEIVING... for a low impact workout I get sweaty too... the focus barre require, most exercises are a full body experience... I always say the workout that challenge me are the ones I need to spend more time doing!!! Great work!!
